My husband and I spent five months meeting with window technicians to get quotes for windows in my home and finally met with Roman who gave us an excellent offer for what we are looking for. Our windows were installed three weeks ago and my family could not be happier with Canada Repair. Roman made our window replacement project an easy and delightful transaction throughout. He came out to Ajax four times to meet with us and discuss the contract when we had concerns and we never had a problem calling him with a question. My sister in law recommended Canada Repair since she know Roman so I gave them a call and he came by to talk to me about replacing my patio door and a bay window. It was easy to talk to him and he gave me advice on how what I can save and where I should spend more. Eventually the quote he gave me was within my budget so I told him to go ahead with the order. I noticed he is very careful and detailed with the contract. He asked me many questions to make sure I was getting everything how I need it. The installer came to my house for measurements in four days. He was very nice and polite and told me installation will be finished in one day. Office called me next day and scheduled installation day. Sarah told me they will be at my house between 9 am and 11 am on installation day and they came at 9:45 am to install the windows and patio door. Everything was finished in a few hours just like Alex said. From beginning to end the project took less than 4 weeks They took the old windows and door with them and clean up before leaving. I enjoyed working with Roman and Alex and his helper on my home renovation project.

I have been dealing with Canada Repair for several months now. I have their windows and just last weekend they installed a patio door for me. It was a cutout project, they made patio door instead of small windows that was there before. All brick/stone work was completed by installers and the I got the new triple pane glass 6 feet ocean view slider door. I am happy because I got the triple pane glass to save more energy since the door is quite large and because I am returning customer they gave it to me for the same price as the double pane glass door. So I will recommend Canada Repair they are super friendly and professional company and I had a positive experience both times I worked with them.

Throughout the last few years we had some serious drafts developed in our upstairs windows, which ended up costing us extra money in energy bills, not to mention the whistling noises while sleeping. Finally, we saved enough money to have new windows put in at least upstairs. So we called a few companies for estimates but finally chose these guys because they gave us the best deal considering their quality, selection and warranty of their windows. First of all, all their products are energy star so you know they are energy efficient and Sandra (our representative) was kind and flexible when we discussed our budget. Also it helped that she came by on the weekend. It’s the only time my wife and me are home together. She took her time to explain our options and stayed in touch the whole time after we signed the contract until the installation was finished. I never had a problem calling her with a question or concern. Installation was quick and smooth, no complaints. Alex was more than courteous and left nothing to clean up. We decided to have our windows changed 2 years ago and got a total of seven estimates before finally choosing this company for several reasons. First of all they gave us a fair price and after visiting the factory we could see they produced high quality windows and doors and we had a large selection to choose from various collections. I recommend this company to anyone because I’ve done a lot of research and we finally had our windows installed three weeks ago. We couldn’t be happier and our house looks beautiful. Our neighbors are currently getting their windows done and we told them to call these guys because they are the best from what I’ve seen. I need to thank Dan, our representative, who came to visit us on three occasions and at the last visit (the day we signed the contract) he stayed with us negotiating until almost midnight. And thank you to our installer Vlad and his helper. We know we are tough clients so thanks for sticking by us and making sure we are completely satisfied.

I would like to recommend this company to everyone because they made the window part of our home renovation a pleasant experience. I heard about them from a co-worker and called to schedule a free estimate. Nick came over the next day and it was clear he knew everything there is to know about windows. Our windows were just under 15 years, not very old, but we already had many problems with noisy drafts coming through and them not closing properly. We started looking into changing our windows last minute so we haven’t saved up enough money yet. I did not expect to do the whole house right away, but Nick gave us a good deal and offered financing interest free for one year so we decided to do our whole house right away. The installers Sergeo and Alex were so friendly and professional. They finished in two days like the office told us they would and cleaned up very well. Their work was so tidy that there wasn’t much to clean up. We’ve had our new windows for a few months now and they are noticeably better quality than the ones we had when we bought our new house. Thanks to Nick and all the staff for making it easy to update our home.

Heard about these guys because our neighbors did their full house with them. We had Sandra come over beginning of fall to look at our front door. We always had problems with draft and sometimes in the winter on really windy days we would get snow blowing into our foyer from underneath. Sandra gave us a good deal and we are very happy with our new door. It stayed sealed all winter with no draft and anyone who came over noticed how great it looks and couldn’t believe when we told them how much we paid for it. Now that we’ve saved up we are in the process of doing all our windows so we called Sandra again and she gave us a 33% discount because we were returning clients, which definitely helped our budget. I would recommend this company to all HomeStars fans because the staff is friendly and professional and installers are quick and efficient and the job is done on time and as promised.
