Had Nate from Accutemp come over and fix up a bad install job by another York dealer. I should have spent the extra bit more to get them to originally install it but ended up paying the extra to have him look and sure enough the unit was significantly short due to the extra length of pipe used. The reason I picked them because they were listed as a Certified Comfort expert by York as well had very good videos up on Youtube. I could tell he valued his customers and work due to the extra measurement tools he came with vs other York dealer. Nate also showed me some of his install pictures and it was night a day how clean the lines were. Won't name the other guy as we settled but if you decide York, then go with Accutemp.

We met the folks at Accu-temp at the home show here in Calgary. They took the time to explain the basics and what they would do for us on the estimate and installation. The estimation process was very thorough explaining all he details and had photo refernces to show what the room will look like in the end. The installation process was painless over the 2 day period as the installers had the knowledge and experience. The final walk through was also very thorough showing us how to use the new theromstat, change filters and who to call and when if there is an issue. We will definately be chosing Accu-temp for our A/C installation.

I was researching service providers to purchase and install a central air conditioning system in my home, and contacted several companies to give me a quote. Out of the few that came to my home to actually assess my home's requirements, only one provider stood out from the rest. Accu-temp took the time to educate me on what type and size of unit would be best for my home. They recommended a smaller size unit from most of the other providers because it was the right size, and did not try to rip me off by selling me a larger, more expensive unit. I highly recommend Accu-temp for their amazing service and quality of installation don't waste your time anywhere else!
