From obtaining the quote to the finished project the team (Shawn, Kennedy and Louis) were professional, on time, knowledgeable, hard working and very polite. Shawn really understood what we wanted and designed a great walkway. We are so pleased with the new walkway and still can't stop looking at it. We had quotes from many companies and none came close to the professionalism and expertise that Landscaping Depot was able to provide. They worked extremely hard (and in the rain) and got the job done in one day - other companies said it would take 4-5 days to complete. Very very satisfied with the final product and will use them again for future projects. I don't usually leave reviews however this company went above and beyond to get this project done for us. This customer requested a back patio, once the project was completed she changed her mind and decided she wanted a retaining wall surrounding the patio, the manager went for the second visit to explain the extra cost, but her husband did not agree and did not want to pay the extra cost and told the manager he was very happy with the patio and it did not need the retaining wall. This customer was very upset that we would not give her a retaining wall for free, unfortunately our labour and material costs are high. This project was completed by three very skilled and experienced tradesmen with a combined experience of 16 years.

I was planning on doing the project myself but due to the size and the amount of work it entailed i had no choice but to hire a company. I'm very grateful i was referred to Shawn for a free estimate, he was very easy to communicate with and was able to visualize exactly what i wanted. I wanted a distinct look to my patio a cobble look, like in europe. He had great selections to choose from and great insight on design and patterns truly a man of his art. He and his workers operated like a well-oiled machine step by step and completed the project to full specifications. I stood over their shoulders every minute only because i am a skeptic, I have to give it to these guys they did great job.
