After 2 days many bricks sank. There wasn't enough locking sand in the gaps, and I told him TWICE. They left garbage behind and dumped (hid) cut pieces behind our home. They haven't removed the old stairs a promised. We've called Shawn and he promised to repair the work. A month later, and several calls, he has made excuses and now refuses to return our calls. DO NOT USE THEM. The work was shoddy. Next step is Consumer Affairs and Small Claims Court.

Shawn from Landscaping Depot came out to my house to give me a quote on the job I wanted done within a day of my calling their office. He gave me a quote that was out of my price range, then gave me ideas on how to bring the price down. Once we agreed on the job, he was very good about explaining to me how the job would be done and very respectful while answering all my questions. The job was postponed a few weeks but Shawn was great about calling me to let me know. Once the work started, it was done in a day, completely cleaned up after and looked fabulous. I'm extremely happy with the job they did and fully intend to call them back when I'm ready to have more work done.

We had a great experience with Landscaping Depot and would recommend them without a doubt. From obtaining the quote to the finished project the team (Shawn, Kennedy and Louis) were professional, on time, knowledgeable, hard working and very polite. Shawn really understood what we wanted and designed a great walkway. We are so pleased with the new walkway and still can't stop looking at it. We had quotes from many companies and none came close to the professionalism and expertise that Landscaping Depot was able to provide. They worked extremely hard (and in the rain) and got the job done in one day - other companies said it would take 4-5 days to complete. Very very satisfied with the final product and will use them again for future projects. I don't usually leave reviews however this company went above and beyond to get this project done for us. My husband and I decided to get our driveway, back patio, and side walkway installed by Landscaping Depot. I'm very pleased with the services provided by this company! Shawn the sales representative and Kennedy the foreman are very professional and polite! I would highly recommend using this company for all your landscaping needs.

I was planning on doing the project myself but due to the size and the amount of work it entailed i had no choice but to hire a company. I'm very grateful i was referred to Shawn for a free estimate, he was very easy to communicate with and was able to visualize exactly what i wanted. I wanted a distinct look to my patio a cobble look, like in europe. He had great selections to choose from and great insight on design and patterns truly a man of his art. He and his workers operated like a well-oiled machine step by step and completed the project to full specifications. I stood over their shoulders every minute only because i am a skeptic, I have to give it to these guys they did great job. Shawn had also mentioned he can stone veneer the concrete on my porch to make it match the new interlock, i am looking forward to getting done a.s.a.p.
