Everything went very well. Mike was amazing and helped us every step of the way with our selection. He came out and measured and helped us figured out everything. He brought us many hardwood samples and installation went perfect. No problems at all. They installed beautiful hardwood in our living room and hallway. They finished whole job same day. We had Maple Star Flooring installed new carpet in 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Mike was great in suggesting a carpet for us to cinsider. He came out to measure the bedrooms and stairs and even offered us advice on the colour of the carpet given our paint and furnishings -he's a professional who has an eye for colour, he told us not to be afraid of a lighter colour and he was absolutely right! Al and David worked efficiently and quietly to get our new carpet in. My wife and I believe in supporting local business (v.big box stores) and Maple Star was an excellent choice. They are professional, courteous and really cared about our concerns and satisfaction.
