Jordan was great. He took on a very difficult job of opening up a ceramic tile floor (with no crawl space underneath) to run a gas line for my bbq and fireplace. His work was done neatly, efficiently and in a reasonable length of time. He also cleaned up after himself. I will hire him again.

Jordan from Azul was excellent to deal with - large plumbing job for a complete bathroom tear-down and remodel. Everything works great, and he uses high quality materials that are not found at your big box hardware store. Great follow-up service and overall responsive. Would use him again. Paul

We have replaced a few old radiators with new and efficient ones and Jordan also does the annual maintenance of our boiler. Jordan has been doing a fantastic job. Our boiler stopped working properly. Jordan successfully located the issue of our boiler and fixed it with no time. Really fast and quality service, fair price and really friendly stuff.

As a part of our home addition project, Azul Mechanical... 1) replaced our 25 boiler and hot water tank with a new high efficiency boiler and hot water tank. At the same time they relocated the boiler and tank to a more convenient location in our basement. 2) installed new rads (5) in our new addition's rooms 3) replaced the old rad pipes to our old rads that hung below our basement ceiling with new flexible pipes that were able to run between the joists and provide more basement headroom. The new high efficiency boiler had an issue restarting when there was a power failure. Azul investigated and tried to resolve the numerous times at no cost. Months after the original job was complete Jordan continued to be responsive and helpful. Eventually they replaced it with a new unit at no cost and now everything works great. Jordan was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very help answering questions and making recommendations based on his experience. His communication was great and the work was done on schedule.

We recently purchased a listed Heritage Home complete with all original Arts and Crafts wood paneling (walls and ceiling) and a 110 year old one pipe steam heating system! We decided that we needed to overhaul the existing heating system including the entire distribution system (the existing could not be reused), while keeping all the original Arts and Craft details of the house undisturbed. No easy feat since most of the walls are paneled as is much of the ceiling. We had several contractors come to take a look at the job and after seeing the complexity involved declined to even give us a quote. Finally was put in touch with Jordan form Azul Mechanical, they were up for the challenge (even seemed excited by it!) and worked with us every step of the way to ensure the best quality system was put in place without any damage to the heritage features! This was a large job with over 15 new radiators, an entirely new pex distribution system, heated concrete floors in the basement and a new boiler and hot water heater. An added complexity is that we wanted to reuse a few of the highly decorative steam radiators which Jordan helped us retrofit for the new water system. This was a very complex installation and we couldn't be happier with the comfort and peace of mind we are living with now! Jordan and Katherine are exceptionally skilled communicators and problem solvers. The service and care they brought to the project was one of the best I have received. I would highly recommend them for any installation. I am an architect and would be thrilled to work with them on any professional project I have in the future. The job I had was a complete remodelling of my bathroom. Jordan was very reliable and professional at all times in spite of working under very high heat conditions. He is attentive, patient, knowledgable and hard working. Above all I find him very honest and a nice person. I truely enjoyed my experience and could not recommend him highly enough.

Jordan came out and did some preventative maintenance on our very old boiler. Not only that, but he was one of the first to go and give the burner a deep cleaning, and eyeballed the entire thing to give us an idea of how much longer it'd likely last. We were very impressed with the professional, very earnest service and can't recommend Jordan highly enough. Very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. A++
