Rodrigo was another trade professional we had in our renovation project. He showed up when he promised, priced right in our budget and finished a perfect job on time. He managed to solve a few issues which directly or indirectly affected his job. He provided some advice which helped us through the whole project cycle. We can't thank him more for the beautiful tile in our kitchen and the backsplash he installed. He gives his 110% attention to every corner of each tile and inch of the floor and the work he does. Rodrigo and his partner were very professional and had great workmanship. When doing the removal of my previous backsplash he found that the drywall needed replacing and made sure to go pick up good quality drywall. The new backsplash looks great and has added the wow factor to my kitchen. He also fixed a couple of broken floor tiles. I would recommend Rodrigo for any of your tiling needs as he does not only do great work but at a competitive price too!

Kasa Bella did a great job on our kitchen, and quoted us a great price. They showed up on the day they said they would, and got the job finished within the specified time frame. Rodrigo even helped us solve a problem with transitioning from hardwood to tile around the stairs which we were widening, and left us some extra Ditra underlay and grout so that we could finish tiling after the stairs were completed (he was concerned that widening the stairs would break the tile, so we were happy to finish that part ourselves later). I'm giving a 4/5 for satisfaction, as the price we paid was slightly higher than quoted because we were slightly outside of his service area, which I feel could have been mentioned on the phone when we spoke. Another tile company who returned my call told me that because we were outside of his service area he would have to charge an extra $200+ for travel, and that we may want to locate someone else, so we contacted Kasa Bella. Rodrigo quoted us a reasonable amount for the labour and materials, but then on the day he came to the house for the assessment (after we'd already agreed to award him the job), he told us at THAT point that he'd have to charge a little extra (approx. $200) because we were outside his normal service area. We are experiencing serious renovation fatigue as we have been doing a lot of work ourselves, so that this point we sucked it up in order to not delay our kitchen renovation further. Rodrigo was professional and friendly, and they did an excellent job, however I feel he could have told me about the extra cost for being outside the service area when we first spoke on the phone so that we could a) find someone else closer, or b) have at least have been given the opportunity to discuss the extra cost privately, and be prepared for it. I would still recommend, as they were easy to deal with and did a great job.

From the first time I spoke with Rodrigo on the phone, I felt assured that he knew what he was doing. He was always courteous and professional and my floors and stone wall look absolutely amazing. I dealt with 2 contractors before Rodrigo and let me tell you, it was like night and day. Rodrigo cleaned up after he was done and you couldn't even tell he was there. He even helped 'clean up' and 'fix' the work previous contractors did not do properly - like the grout in my bathrooms. Thank you Rodrigo!!!

I sent Rodrigo an email on homestars requesting an estimate and he replied within a few hours and came to my house to provide the estimate within a few days. So right away I was impressed with his desire to do the work, as so many contractors act like they are "bothered" by such requests!! Rodrigo and his assistant finished the job earlier than planned, cleaned up as much as possible for a floor project, and did an unbelievable job!! It looks beautiful, I had no hesitation leaving them in my home while I went to work, and that is an important factor to me because I do not want to be anywhere near the noise and mess of tile removal. I will try to add pictures soon. I highly recommend Kasa Bella.

Contacted Kasa Bella on short notice to quickly remove existing tile and install 50 sq. ft of slate tiles (with Ditra underlayment) in my front foyer. I'm happy with the speed and quality of work.

Rodrigo and his crew are pros at what they do. He takes pride at his work and pays attention to details. Don't just get 'a' contractor for your tiles like I did, otherwise you'll be calling Rodrigo to redo his work.

Rodrigo's workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting tile work done. The new backsplash has refreshed the kitchen and in the end he left the kitchen spotless. He even fixed a broken tile on the stairs. Frank

Rodrigo is AMAZING!!!!! A true master at what he does. He did an amazing job at tiling our kitchen backsplash. We were very nervous about how our backsplash would turn out, but it turned out fantastic. We emailed Rodrigo pictures of our counter top and cabinets so that he could help us select our backsplash. He came with several options and helped us decide. We called him on Monday and by Wednesday he had the job fully completed. I would say that we were lucky that he had an opening to squeeze us in. Rodrigo was very professional, worked hard, kept his work area very clean and his price was great. We would recommend Kasa Bella to anyone.
