Two weeks ago ,we asked master drain and water works for second opinion and an estimate on a plumbing problem that cause the sewage to back up. within a couple of hour ,we got the return phone call by vital ( the company owner .we set up an appointment the next day. He came with the camera showed us exactly what the problem was and exactly what need to be done . He gave a price that we thought was reasonable unlike the previous guy who had no intention to clear the drain like we asked and infact used that proleme to blackmailed us in getting the job done by them( we don't think they deserved to be called Mister anything). Anyway Master drain and water works started their job right away .keeping the job site very tidy keep the disruption of water use to the minimum and working late to get the job done on time. we very impressed and grateful with the the work ethic and courtesy Vital and his crew show us . we would recommend Master drain and water works to anyone .They make you feel at ease and that's important when you have plumbing problem.

Vitaliy and his crew came recommended from our general contractor. The crew showed up on time early Sunday morning and were very polite, clean and quiet. They dug through a place in one of our planters in the front yard and torpedo'd the water line to the city boundary. When they were done, they cleaned up so well and even put the plants back so you couldn't even tell they had been there. Magic!

my basement had unfinished plumbing and pipes leading to nowhere under cement. the problem was found, i was given a few different options. a pump system was installed, connected to main line, and problem resolved within days. very satisfied!
