We were very happy with Mark in terms of his customer service skills, professionalism and workmanship. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job in a professional manner. He followed up with a phone call a couple weeks later to make sure we were still satisfied and encouraged us to contact him should any concerns arise. We would not hesitate to hire Mark again!

The workmanship was superb in our master ensuite and kitchen backsplash! And we have had several comments on everything. Mark was so patient with me as I wanted certain floor and wall tiles placed in our line of vision in our ensuite. The final outcome was stunning. I would highly recommend Dundas Valley Flooring without hesitation.

Mark helped me with my waiting room and bathroom tile needs at my shop in burlington. He was very useful in the decision process and helped guide me in the right direction with the correct tile to use. Very patient with my many questions. I had a grand opening date in mind and even though some obstacles came up, he was very accommodating and completed the job on time with great results! seems to be up to date with the latest tools and techniques which was great to see. recommend all my friends to him.

We can't thank Mark enough for the hardwood install of our whole main level. We have a lot of bizarre angles and it turned out beautifully. He was always available to answer our many, many questions and we appreciated how he helped us to understand the whole process and stick to a tight timeline. We were able to get back to normal life right on schedule. We highly recommend Mark to all of our friends and won't hesitate booking him for our upcoming bathroom renovation.

Mark had his work cut out for him with our house and he delivered! Our house is over 100 years old and this proved to be a tricky job for most but with a pleasant personality and a strong work ethic…he did an AMAZING job on the tile work in our front hall leading into our kitchen. Considering that the tile work ended where the wood flooring began….the transition could not have been done more perfectly!! The in-floor heating was installed also by Mark and everything is working great! Mark kept the lines of communication open at all times…which I found very impressive. The cost of the job was extrememly reasonable considering that the work he provided went above and beyond our expectations. Would I recommend Mark to others? Without a doubt!!!

We moved into a place that had just undergone a "renovation" you won't believe it but our shower had outdoor bead board as the tub surround...yeaahh. We were sure that was going to be a problem and it was a disaster, as you could imagine. So Mark came to our rescue (he had to rip out rotten mouldy bead board and drywall and replace that before getting to the tile work!) and did a beautiful tile job with a glass tile band, which we love! Its been about 2 years since he did the work and I still feel like I'm at the spa every time I use the shower, its such a treat! Mark has a great eye for what looks good and does amazing work, you won't be disappointed if you go with Noble Flooring!

Mark did a fantastic job on a very difficult project. We live in a century home and the floors were in rough shape! He had a real job to do leveling the slopped floors, running the wires for our heated floors and laying the large tile in our kitchen, hall way and bathroom. He also did a wonderful job on the tub surround, with a tricky mosaic both in the shower and as a backsplash behind the sink. As a very detail-oriented person, I'm not easy to please but would recommend Mark and Noble Flooring in a heart beat!
