When Aire One came into give the estimate, they were really professional. The representative I worked with was really nice and helpful. They had the best price that we could find. The job was also done in a timely manner.

Our furnace died one cold night in January. Aire One had a consultant out within the hour, and had a new furnace to us within 24 hrs. We had only positive experiences with the consultant and installers.

When booking the appointment for installation, the agent said that it would only take a maximum of 3 - 4 hours for the full installation. The technician that showed up was a sub-contractor and he brought an apprentice with him. The work took over 7 hours to complete and they also didn't have all of the parts needed for the job, so they had further delays when leaving to get equipment/parts. The A/C unit works fine, but I had not planned on 7 hours of labour.

Air One Markham installed my furnace and AC a few years ago. The AC broke down last summer - when I called Markham, they tried to pass me off to the various franchisees around the city. No one would help and they all tried to pass me off on the other. Calls were never returned. Finally after threats to go to the media, and half a year of no AC, someone came, charged me $400 to fill the freon but offered no guarantees it was fixed. This happened a second time. I finally moved to a new company.

They replace my old furnace with new york high efficence furnace (Still keep my exist air conditionor and temperature controller) on November 2009. It works fine for furnace at first. Then it stops working. After aire one technication replace the new fuse, furnace works fine.. That technication told us it is our temperature controller issue, they will charge us the fee although it works fine with my old controller. On July 2010, furnace blow the fuse again when we try to turn on air condition. This time it turns out the wire aire one put to connect my old aireconditionar with furnace was wrong. Really bad service, they connect the wrong wire at first place. My tempset was good.... They just want to charge more money by any chance ....

I was very nervous about spending this kind of money with a company I did not know but the experience was terrific!. A fair price, unbelievable warranty (10 Years!!), professional installation...even rolled out a red carpet to protect my floors. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! We needed a new chimney liner installed and this company sent one man to do a two man job. Once he got it done, we noticed that the duct work had a gap that would allow exhaust to enter the home. When confronted, the worker argued that we didn't know what we were talking about. Then he backtracked and fixed that gap. The next day, we had a new water heater installed, and that technician (different company), noticed that the venting was done incorrectly. There were several other gaps, the duct was not snapped together properly, the ducting was not screwed together with the correct type or number of screws. He was suprised at the shoddy job. On top of that, one of Aire One North employees OPENED A BEER ON OUR DRIVEWAY - Not Professional in the least.

Full Install took approx. two and 1/2 weeks; -they sold me a steam humidifier without the knowhow to install the unit. -a senior electrician had to do a full rewire due to a flawed install -drainage was improperly installed Follow-up -unit didn't fire-up to start the heating season. -technicians came out three times before properly diagnosing the issue and resolving. Definitely not the type of service that was sold (when I signed the contract), and absolutely not the type of company I'd recommend to others (price isn't everything). Hopefully, they take this oppertunity to properly (re)train their service and install staff.

My house in waterloo was recently purchased with a builder's model trane furnace,The house is only 3 years old and so is the furnace in there.when i called around to get prices for my new a/c,all my friends told me that my furnace warranty will be void if i did not get the a/c from the company that installed the furnace..infact this was confirmed by two other contractors i contacted to get prices for the new central air...but the aireone customer service team were amazing in answering my questions dealing with them was the best choice i made as far as my hvac needs go..not only did thier rep came to my home and explained evreything to me in a very simple way.the deal was so sweet that i totally forgot about mentioning the furnace warranty issue,but when they finalized the deal ..there it was..a certificate of warranty for my old furnace even though it was never mentioned in the sales agreement.i'm so pleased with the results i have told all my friends to buy from them.overall exprience was day and night compared to other contractors..aireone comes highly recommended from where i'm sitting. kind regards.
