always disappoints when it comes it evaluation and feedback: visits my site, takes info and then disappears leaving ME to hunt for them!

Hired Aire One to perform furnace maintenance and couldn't have been happier with the service provided. The Technician's name was Atif. He was very knowledgeable. We hadn't had the furnace cleaned in a few years and he was very helpful in explaining all that was going on with the unit. He was both kind and respectful. It was a pleasure having someone as professional as Atif in our home.

We moved into our new house in February, and a week later somehow the furnace died and we had to rush to get a new one. Somehow we ended up getting it from Aire One. We noticed how basement is always over-cooled/heated, while 2nd floor was under-cooled/heated. We consulted a HVAC and were told our furnace is likely undersized. Our home is about 3,500 sq including the finished basement where my mom lives. The Aire One technician came out, and insisted the current 80K BTU furnace is the right size, because they don't include basement sq into BTU calculation. I'm finding contrary evidence all over the web. They will not do anything to remedy - and trying to sell us a separate heat pump upstairs at a few thousands of dollars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE AMATEURS!!

Technicians came to install new system came on time its good They installed next day small pump started leaking. I called them ,but over the phone people are very rude after the sale and installation done. Finally they sent technicians spent lot of time and told is fixed after some months pump again started leaking. Never go with this if you need better after sale service starting from over the phone to technician visit

strongly advise against considering this company for any services! Before contacting Aire One, please take a moment to read about my experience as a tenant in Kitchener. My landlord reached out to them due to no hot water, and their technician spent an hour in the service room only to return and inform us that he didn't have the necessary fuses to test the water heater. He then proceeded to tag the boiler for a minor issue, such as the absence of an inspection report, and instead of fixing the water heater, he wanted to charge extra for performing that inspection. The technician seemed clueless about what to do next, mentioning that he would order some parts. When I inquired about the specific parts needed, he admitted they didn't have the fuses required. After waiting for 24 hours without any communication from them, it became evident that their lack of customer service was appalling. I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company and explore other options for your needs. Despite the disappointing experience with Aire One, we were able to resolve the issue with our water heater through a different service provider. It's essential to prioritize reliable and efficient companies when dealing with such critical matters, and unfortunately, Aire One did not meet those standards.

Your two men arrived early and did a wonderful job There names were Perry and Fred. I give them the highest rateing.

Had some issues with my new unit & they are stepping up to remedy it to my satisfaction.

After the techs left, failed to turn electric back on. Several of outlets not working, called office , electrician came, he was filthy dirty. No ID. mud on boots. refused to take boots off. Refused to remove top of hoodie, face hidden with top of hoodie I am a SENIOR CITIZEN I was frightened to allow him into my home, had no choice. He pressed ONE BUTTON on electric panel, to get me hydro for outlets. Fire alarm not working.my CO2 not working. Checked by condo board, working before. coming from Mississauga to Waterloo, not local, very late. Was here for 10 mins. bill is over $200. I was threatened with COLLECTION. Will Never use AIREONE again. NO WRITTEN BILL
