The movers were very punctual, courteous & helpful. We were moving a Senior Citzen who was quite stressed out by the move, but the movers polite & courteous assistance made the move much more easy. Thanks so much for a smooth move!

Larry, Scott, and Ryan were friendly, professional, and fun! I was VERY impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend that crew. Speaking and working with Arliss was also very good - she was helpful and accommodating. These are all wonderful staff members and I would suggest you acknowledge their outstanding performances and do what you can to keep them on staff.

The move went well and Sammy and his crew were very helpful and made the move as stress free as is possible. They worked quickly and were flexible in responding to our requests. My wife greatly appreciated the help with the unpack with the female member of the crew (I'm bad with names). She was very friendly and kept my wife's mind off of all the other activities going on

Highland Moving and Storage Ltd. Local move from Spruce Grove, AB to Winterburn, AB. Moving team was professional and efficient. They took great care with the furniture and although the furniture is large and heavy, they were able to maneouvre it through a tight entrance.

I was really impressed with your company. Very professional and hard working. The move couln't have gone better. Your employees worked quickly and carefully. I was really impressed with Daniel - he would actually sprint back to te truck to keep the move going. Honestly - I couldn't believe how hard he worked. I would not hesitate to recommend you guys and would tell friends to ask for Daniel in particular. Thanks again.

Peter Kachur started a one truck cartage company in 1938 called Jim’s Express and Transfer. Today, Highland Moving & Starline Overseas are owned and operated by Don Kachur, the son of the company’s founder. Don is active in the day to day operations of the company as well as being deeply involved in industry affairs. He has served on the Board of Directors for both United Van Lines and the Canadian Association of Movers. Don's son Casey manages our Calgary branch and represents the third generation.

One thing that has remained unchanged over the generations is our service philosophy – one that encourages each employee to take personal pride in their work and celebrates outstanding customer service.
