The 3 guys who helped me move (Pat, Sean and Sammy) were absolutely fantastic! They took extremely good care of both my old and new home...as well as all of my personal belongings. Every step taken was professionally done. I couldn't be more happy with the service they provided...next time I move I will absolutely be recommending them! Thanks guys! Brianne

Our movers (Damon and Brian) were fantastic!! They were very friendly and professional. We had moved all our smaller stuff and just required help with the big stuff, and they never complained. (Even if that is your job, no one wants to move a treadmill, an upright freezer AND two sets of washers and dryers!!) They didn't waste any time and were super easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone we know who is moving!

I thought I had done my research going with Highlands. But you really can't guarantee who shows up that day. Organizing the move went very well with Arliss. The guys showed up on time. They used the runners... and stayed on them...most of the time. I feel things fell apart on the move in. I felt they slowed down to make sure they got some overtime despite us asking them to only bring the furniture that was large into the house. All other items could stay in the garage which they backed right up to. They made lots of marks on the wall of our newly built house. Dented our solid wood stairs and totally scratched up the fronts and backs of the two chairs that I was worried about them moving. They said don't worry - "we will blow your mind". They removed the backs of the chairs and took them out in two pieces. They must not have wrapped the bottoms. And they didn't even have the guts to let us know before they left - yup - they blew my mind.

: Sammi and Pat were amazing! Firstly, the boys were on time! Very big deal in my books! My furniture was wrapped and taped to prevent any damage from occurring. I was always asked where any furniture and boxes went prior to placement. They hauled the very heavy oak furniture up the awkwardly turned stairwell.............wth hardly a whimper..mostly. Definitely one of my best moving experiences! Thanks guys! Joanne

jarrod was very professional. he was thorough and careful with our possessions. he was very organized and had a good routine in place to keep track of every. he was very helpjul and quick and efficient in a friendly manner. nothing was missing, broken or unaccounted for. highlands prepared us well to pack properly with the timelines and how to brochures.

Highland Moving and Storage Ltd. Interprovincial move from Westmount, QC to Calgary, AB. The key factor was the helpfulness of the initial person I spoke to on the phone who understood right away what my needs were. Following on that was the friendliness and care of the driver and packers at both ends of the move.

He has served on the Board of Directors for both United Van Lines and the Canadian Association of Movers. Don's son Casey manages our Calgary branch and represents the third generation.
