My basement was ruined by a broken water heater. Dean worked with me to use the situation to incorporate the changes I wanted to make to my basement. He made several great recommendations that I would not have thought of and that I am happy we made. He was able to work within the restrictions of the insurance company and still give me what I wanted. Dean and his crew (two Kevin's) did a fabulous job! They laid down new flooring (that Dean's wife, Laura, found for me), painted the walls and baseboards, constructed a new wall with a door to make a new storage room and put up crown holding and storage shelving. They were punctual, willing to work around my schedule, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. The job took the time they said it would. I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the finished product! I would recommend this company to everyone and would definitely hire Lambeth Home Maintenance again!

Dean and crew did exceptional work. Every one on the Maintenance Team was caring, cooperative and professional: Punctual, friendly, courteous, trustworthy and showing real passion for, and pride in, quality work. They were well organized and knowledgeable! And they always worked together to keep the work site clean and to ensure each step along the way was done right and safely. Yet, they are efficient. I was surprised how little time it took them to do the whole house and follow up has been great! It's always amazing when the end product of a project is better than you even expected. That's what we got 2 summers ago when we had Dean from Lambeth Home Maintnenance create and build our fantastic pool and storage shed with cabanna bar. The end result was better than what we had initially imagined. The detail and perfectionism in the work was awesome and we couldn't be happier. The work Dean did on the rest of the house was also terrific - he put in a bigger new front window and designed the outside to have a modern, uniqe look. Dean has the ability to see how things could be done to make them look perfect! The siding, roof work and facia and soffits were also excellent - and he fixed problems that had been there before so that we could be assured the new roof and overhang were better than what we started out with. Dean goes above and beyond and the results are absolute excellence. We continue to have him work on any house projects we come up with because we trust him explicitly, his prices are great and his work is fantastic.
