I was very impressed with Jim's service. He came out to our house within an hour, and with a very cheerful nature. His work was very efficiently done and he was very careful not to mess up the carpets and left everything very clean. The price was quite reasonable and we appreciated that. Had the pleasure of meeting Jim yesterday. He installed a new sink, faucet and vanity top in my master bedroom wash-room. He is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he put protective covers on shoes to protect my floor. The new bathroom vanity looks great! If I have other plumbing jobs in the future I will call Jim back to do the work.

Jim installed a steam shower in my newly gutted bathroom. I had the privilege of watching him in action every step of the way as I like to be involved in my home projects. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond in many instances and didn't cut any corners. The steam shower itself was a pre-packaged unit and came with very poor installation instructions. Luckily we hired Fluid Transitions because Jim really knew how to think outside the box. I recommend his company for small or big and complicated projects.

I called Jim and he responded within a day or so. He came by and spent over an hour looking at the work I needed done. He was then able to give me an accurate quote on the job. I needed to cap the old powder room plumbing, run new water lines to an upstairs bathroom, re-route other water lines and re-route the kitchen sink venting. (His quote was about half of what another plumber quoted me who only looked at the job for about 10 minutes.) His crew arrived a couple of days later and went straight to work. They worked very hard and you could tell they took pride in doing the plumbing the right way. They went up in my attic and found a simpler way to do the kitchen venting which saved time and more importantly, saved me money. They even found and repaired a hole in my upstairs ceiling in a wall cavity where there was no attic insulation at all. Jim was able to complete the job sooner than he originally planned and under budget. Do not hesitate to call these guys for your plumbing needs. They are what I'd call 'old school' plumbers who put in an honest days work for a fair price. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling them again. Thanks a lot guys.

These guys finished the job on time and on budget with no surprises! Great company to deal with, I highly recommend them. The building inspector told me that these guys are well known for great work and pointed out some of the extra detail that I didn't even know they had done.

I used Jim from Fluid Transitions to do the plumbing in my kitchen when it was being renovated. Jim came and capped the plumbing in order for everything to be removed and then returned to install the new sink and dishwasher. He arrived when he said he would, did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything when he was done. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Fluid Transitions for any plumbing jobs.
