this is the absolute worst online Company. Placed order in Nov. 2012 they charged my account and never shipped the order. They have the WORST customer service. Still trying to get my refund. One out of 10 emails have been answered by them with another promise of refunding me. I am reporting them to the BBB and consumer affairs.

I bought a sofa off Homesav... It stated after I placed the order that it would take 4-7 weeks to arrive (which is already ridiculously long), but it actually look a little over 8 weeks. Near the end of the estimated delivery date I was worried that something was wrong. I had not received any update from Homesav as to the status of my orders, so I decided to e-mail their customer services. I received no reply after sending multiple e-mails. I went on their Facebook page to complain, and there I saw numerous other complaints from customers about the lack of customer service and delayed orders. After I posted, I received a message on Facebook from an employee. They gave me an e-mail of an employee that I could contact at Homesav about my concerns. Sure enough, I did finally receive a reply from the other e-mail they gave me (don't bother with their membercare@homesav.com e-mail... they never reply). However, I noticed that they had taken down all the complaints people were posting on their Facebook page (including mine). They only leave the positive messages people leave, and delete all the negative ones. Believe me, there were TONS of complaints on their Facebook page. The employee from Homesav contacted the supplier of my sofa to see what was going on. As it turns out the supplier took forever to get my sofa ready and delivered (fyi the company that made the sofa is called Ivey Tate... so if you order from them, expect to wait a very long time to get your product). I FINALLY got my sofa after waiting over 2 months. The sofa itself is actually quite nice, except for one problem... it's the wrong colour. I ordered a blue couch, and the one I got is purple. As it turns out it still looks nice in my living room, but that is a huge screw-up. I would contact Homesav to complain... but god knows how long they will take to respond (I'm tired of contacting these people), let alone the amount of time the awful supplier would take to replace the couch. Overall, I would not buy anything from this website again. If you order something small, like a picture, that is under $100, then it might be worth the risk if you really like the product and can't find anything similar elsewhere. It is hit or miss whether or not you will be satisfied with Homesav. Some people have posted good experiences, and I'm sure they are telling the truth. But when things go bad with an order on Homesav... it REALLY goes bad. To me, it's not worth the risk.

Frankly, this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced . . . ever. 5 months of delays, 20+ emails, non-responsiveness, misrepresentations and outright fabrications in my opinion . . . finally got a full refund but never, ever again . . . deal with at your own peril. This is the first time I have felt the need to write a review.

I accidentally ordered 2 items when I only wanted one. From the minute i placed the orders I have been sending emails and calling the company and i have not received ONE phone call or email back. And today, I just received the 2 products. I would NEVER buy anything from a company that doesn't have the decency to respond to a client request. So so so disappointed.

I have been waiting since December 13th, 2012 for a coffee table and coat hook rack to complete my home decor. They promised delivery of 3-5 weeks. Its been 10. Not the first time either. No one ever contacts you to say "sorry for the delay"...I would like to know how I can get my money back at this point.

Horrible experience. Submitted 2 separate orders with this company. No word at all from them on when the order will ship from their warehouse. Advised them specifically not to ship them during a two-week period when I would be away. I called and emailed to advise them of this, did not receive a response. Sure enough, one of the orders was shipped during that time. After sitting in a Purolator depot, it was shipped back to their warehouse. They found that one of the pieces damaged, and asked me to get a repair kit, do the work myself, and they would reimburse the cost for this repair kit. Sorry, I don't have time to repair furniture that should arrive undamaged and then deal with the hassle of getting a reimbursement. As of today, still no word on where my order sits and when it will ship. They have a great product line and could be massively successful if they focused on customer service. I will never use their service and will advise my colleagues/friend of the same. Worst customer experience.

I spent over $200.00 for towels and when they arrived they were thin and threadbare! I have tried and tried to contact customer service and can not get my issue resolved! This company does not pay its bills to suppliers and the customer service is garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would never buy from homesav again. What a stressful experience. I ordered an eames chair for $999 plus 200 shipping back on July 15th. I still haven't received it! They said it would be a couple months in August, and now aren't even returning my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had found this site before ordering - the bad reviews would have steered me away. Purchased a lamp Dec 1, 2012 and it has never arrived. I emailed customer service with a copy of my receipt and received an automatic reply that it takes about 4 days to respond - nothing has happened. The purchase was charged to Mastercard - now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back by claiming fraud. No one is minding the store at this site.

I had to call in to be told there was a delay. I was then assured that my order would be shipped by week's end. That was over a month ago. It's been 3 months in total.
