We had many areas of our house painted and we couldn't be happier. I have never seen anyone paint such a straight line! Ramin and his team were on time every day and the amount of prep they did in order to contain the mess was greatly appreciated. His painters were very quiet, respectful, and they worked incredibly hard. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramin and his team to others and I look forward to having them help us with other areas of our house.

I’ve went through a lot of trouble to get the exact look I want in my house. The previous renovation company I hired did a decent job and I can’t really complain but nothing ended up exactly as I wanted. When hiring a reputable company known for high end work I hope for perfection, not the next best thing. I spend most of my day working at home, around 12 hours a day, so how the area around me looks matters a lot. The Fresh Coat Painting & Renovation company managed to improve the look to what I wanted to begin with.I spoke to the owner Ramin about my concerns in advance and went through every detail with him step by step. He was very patient with me and guaranteed that the minor differences which I wanted could be done exactly. He came in himself with his team, every day, and made sure to check everything himself. We hired The fresh coat paint & Reno to repaint all the house as our paints had peeled off and cracked. Also they did some crown moldings and flooring. They are not the cheapest contractor, but the crew was professional. They sealed all the furniture & clean up every day. After the whole project is ended we couldn’t find any mistakes or problems. Very satisfied with their job.

very skillful and competent, works well with specialist suppliers, good rates. He has a good relationship with other tradesmen and can get good help when it needs multiple people. Not afraid to seek advice when required. Very pleasant and cooperative to have in your home. Good clean-up. He was very good at fitting us in when we had a particular need to get work done urgently. His estimates are guidelines only and can be a bit erratic (both high and low) but he charges very fairly for the work he does. He has already done two jobs for us and I would call him first if we had further work

I recently had work done by Fresh coat paint & Reno and was very satisfied with their service and professional work. We have been living in our house for over 30 years and have done many renovation projects in the past. This time was kitchen and we planed this for over 2 years. There are a lot of people who call themselves professionals. However, without standard training requirements many of these so called "professionals" are nothing more than weekend warriors and handymen with tools. I was referred to Ramin and Arash by a close friend who was a happy client of them recently. we are exceptionally satisfied with the work that The Fresh coat team has done for us. Very professional, highly experienced and yet extremely friendly, and that's what made it a great experience for us to work with these guys. One thing that is hard to find in the construction industry is people who truly care about what they do and deliver on time and on budget and these guys definitely had it all. We highly recommended them and would definitely use them again in the future projects.

Ramin and his co-workers Renovated my entire house and installed all of the wood in the house which took 2 months. Ramin and his partner Arash were in and out all the time checking the work. The Fresh Coat Company performed was incredible. My house was transformed. We chose a custom stain that looks absolutely beautiful for the floors and stairs. Not only does the Fresh Coat company do an incredible job, they take pride in their work and really want to make the customer happy. They arekind, respectful and very clean while they are working. After reading previous reviews on HomeStars.com, we decided to obtain a quote from Fresh coat painting & renovation. Although mention that the cost of their work was somewhat high, the more fuller and more numerous mention of their professionalism, attention to detail, high quality service, responsiveness to the client, and use of quality products helped us to make our decision to contact them. After nearly 4 months, our kitchen continues to be admired. We contracted Ramin & Arash to completely renovate our old kitchen, 3 bath rooms and most of the main floor in our equally big old house, and the resulting space is efficient and looks great. The work was completed in the estimated time (8 weeks), and any changes to the budget - brought about by unanticipated structural complications - were discussed ahead of time. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly. And most importantly, everyone working on the project was extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional. We have no complaints about this company

This company painted all the interior and exterior of our previous house in the past and most recently painted & renovated our new house as well. Every bedroom was a different look but all were done with natural paints which is important to me specifically. I don’t know it’s a placebo effect or not but the first week of fresh paint on the walls always irritated the hell out of me while natural paints don’t. So having that option was a huge plus. We all liked the work done in each area from new crown moldings, some carpentry, stucco ceiling removal and pot- lights installation. Their work is very clean and by that I mean also very precise. The painting from them has always been consistent, their quality of work was good throughout every room and their renovation was just as good as when they had previously worked on our house
