We hired Ramin and his team to paint our entire home (3200 sq ft) including walls, doors, closets, newly plastered ceilings, detailed trim work, staircase and wainscoting, etc. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. We received quotes from 5 different companies - Fresh Coat Painting was on the higher end of the scale, but competitively priced. What differentiated Ramin and his company for me and led to theFresh coat painting was great! Ramin was communicative, punctual, friendly, and got the job done. I was so pleased with all the work he did for me. I will certainly use him again for any painting needs I have in the future. He has gone above and beyond to help me make my space look better. A true professional.decision to hire him was the time that he took to walk me through and discuss the work to ensure he understood what we wanted and the detailed quote and job description he provided which gave me confidence that he was willing to put the details in writing and stand behind them, right down to the type of paint being used. What I've learned through the process and meeting with different painting companies is there are guys who paint and then there are painters - Ramin and his team are painters and proved through their work that they take pride and care in what they do. We had very tight timelines to get the work completed before moving into the home, Ramin and his team worked long hours and over the weekend to meet our date - without compromising on quality. They sanded/prepared doors, trim and wood work; fixed imperfections, bumps and holes in walls; caulked seams in crown molding and baseboards, etc. and when new items came up and I asked for some changes, he didn't nickel and dime us over small stuff - he was committed to doing the job well and making us happy, he just included it in the work. Some of the suggestions that increased the work and effort were even from him - he still didn't change the price - was just focused on providing us the best result and leaving us happy. He certainly did that - I have no hesitation recommending Ramin and his team.

Duo to the highly sensitive machinery that I have and my hours of operation I asked him to paint my office in one weekend. Ramin and his team did a perfect job to paint the whole entire 3000 Sqft office in only two days with only $7500 and without damaging my machinery or leaving any dust behind. I found ‘Fresh Coat Painting’ and contacted them regarding fixing my kitchen cabinets which had damage to their finish. I liked how knowledgeable the person I spoke to sounded & the way he detailed the quotation, so I decided to try their services. Now that the cabinets are redone I’m sure I made the right decision, it all looks as if it’s new. good job Ramin " I will be using them again for my bathrooms renovation and new vanities.

Previously the fresh coat painting did our new kitchen & bathroom renovation including some carpentry work, so when I needed my (wooden) stairways redone they were who I chose. The quality of work is as good as always and it’s very impressive to see how much they care of getting everything done right and just good is not enough for them. All their trades are so experienced and professional, they know exactly what Ramin wants and try to get it done right. I recommend them for everything whether it’s tiling woodwork or painting.

Ramin, I want to start off my comment with thanking you and your respected crew for an extraordinary job. Ramin was introduced to me by one of my neighbours. I had done painting projects in the past,however, Ramin went far beyond a regular paiting project which ended up in a complete remodeling project at a very reasonable cost. The last day of the project,i had very mixed feelings since I was extremely satisfied that the project was finished,but at the same time I was so used to seeing Ramin and his crew everyday. Overall, I am very satisfied with Fresh Coat Painting and would confidently refer them to everyone.

After purchasing my new home, I decided to redo my stairs and after looking around, through friend's referral, I contacted Ramin who seemed to be very professional and polite. We made appointment for the next day and he came in. He was very professional and expert, explaining to me the stairs cannot be sanded many times due to the thickness of the veneer around the risers and sides. He recommended to prime and paint the risers as well as pickets and re-sanding the steps including stain and varnish. I agreed as he was more experienced in this field than I was. For color I decided to have the stairs matched with my new floors, and I gave Ramin a piece of my hardwood asking him to be same color. Ramin did sample for me on a piece of oak. Day after, Ramin with his crew started covering the space and sanding the stairs. I noticed the color on the sample to be a little lighter than my floors and when I brought it to Ramin's attention he agreed without hesitation and without complaining in friendly manner. Even though they were ready to start with stain, ramin adjusted the color to darker tone having it exactly matched with floors. After it was finished, I was very satisfied with job and Ramin did in a very time consuming matter. Which proves their professionalism and management when it comes to these kind of works. A few months ago, I employed the services of Ramin and his staff after having heard of him through a Home Stars. After having him come by my house and talking with him about what I'd like to have done, he gave me a lot of wonderful tips and ideas and was very good at understanding what exactly it was that I wanted to have done. They started work the next week, and were very quick, efficient and effective. At times I didn't even know they were there working because they were so quiet and never got in the way. They worked both on the exterior of my house and on the interior, and before I knew it, they finished everything and my house looked wonderful. For a relatively small price paid, I know I put a lot of value on my house and I will gain from this in the long run. They were knowledgeable, quick, and very good at what they did, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a paint job or any other services in and around the house. The representative from The Fresh Coat came to my house for appereisal few months ago and unlike all the other contractors that myself and my wife have dealt with in the past, they were very neat, on time and so knowledgable. They provided an accurate estimate and what I really liked about them was that they suggested some ideas that ended up saving money on the project. When they started the work they finished according to the timeline they originally set out and they also finished within the original estimate. Few weeks after they finished I called them for an issue and they came back again to help us fix it. Last but not the least they clean up after the job was done very nice and left no trace.
