We didn't know we needed a permit, then the township came and wanted it. When we asked them for the proper information to help us get the paperwork cleared for the city. They can not show it because they do not have, we feel too bad.

I am satisfied with the product but not happy with the amount of time it took for the sliding gate and fence to be installed. One worker would show up for approx half hour and he did not speak English, He would leave and not advise when he would be coming back to resume the job. After approx 4 weeks of repeated phone calls and threats to fire him for the job, Jerry finally came to finish the job. Good price but poor customer service i would not recommend to other homeowners with what could be considered small projects.

We wanted to build a patio cover for our back patio and got onsite estimates from 4 companies. Aluminum Plus was one of the more experienced in providing recommendations, professional in double checking measurements AND at the lowest cost!

I am in the process of redoing my deck and decided to install an aluminum patio cover in our yard since the back of our house faces west and we spend a lot of time with friends and family outdoors in the summer. Last summer, my neighbor had installed one on his back deck and I asked him who he hired to do the job. He recommended Vancouver Aluminum plus and said that he had had no issues and that it was definitely a worthwhile investment. I gave them a call and they gave me a very reasonable estimate. They came out a few days later for the installation and I'm very pleased with the results. The 3 year warranty they offer is also excellent.

I decided to hire a contractor to install a patio cover for our back west-facing sundeck to afford more comfort and extra space for leisure. I contacted three local companies to attend to provide estimates and to provide an overview of their work and products.

The representative from VAP came by and conducted measurements enabling him to provide me with an estimate. I asked him questions and he was always able to answer them. He spent a good amount of time telling me about his product, the warranty, quality and manufacturing of parts, aluminum and tempered glass. Estimate was reasonable, warranty was three years and aluminum and glass were manufactured from Canada and the US, not from overseas.

Two workers came on appointment day as scheduled and both were very efficient. Good quality work and my neigbour who is a handyman said the finished product looks great and sturdy. No problems or leaks thus far.

We are very happy with it and are able to now sit on the porch all year around at the patio table and a good place to have plants on your porch and also hang out laundry on a nice day.
