Our dishwasher broke and in purchasing a new one, we needed some help to install. We called High Tech and they were available to come out the same day. He fixed the electrical outlet so that it would work with the new unit, installed the new drain hose and hooked up the electrical. He was very mindful of safety and checked to make sure we were happy before leaving. Very courteous, very skilled and very reasonable in price. Would recommend them for any appliance install or repair.

Atiar helped with our gas stove that was red tagged. He tried to fix it but parts were no longer available. When we bought new he returned to hook it up...both times he was effiicient and on time. First time I called he came the very next day! Explained everything thouroughly and explained what had to be done to address the red tag issue. His price was more than reasonable and I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to my friends and family. It was refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and pleasant.

Atiar arrived on time, was honest about repairing my washer that i would be better off getting a new one. Highly recommend him. Most impressed b/c he could have charged $300 for the repair, instead recommended I replace the appliance b/c is 10 years old and if broke in future wuld be very difficult to get parts.

My GE washing machine was leaking and I call High Tech Appliance Service and the technician came within 1/2 hour to assess the problem. The water pump had to be replaced and he scheduled to return the following day. The service was done on schedule. He also ensured that the work area was clean and dry after the job was done. I would highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service for appliance repairs.

I called HTAS to repair my broken GE digital front loader washing machine. Atiar was able to come a few hours later to take a look and came back again the next day with replacement parts. After installing those and running tests, he determined that the problem was with the control panel and was very honest about the high cost of replacing that part. He did not charge me for the replacement parts that he had purchased, and only charged me for one service call (for two visits) after spending quite a few hours trying to salvage the machine. He felt really terrible that he wasn't able to fix it without replacing the expensive control panel! He was extremely nice, polite and prompt, and I appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Should we have another appliance breakdown, I'll definitely call High Tech again.

I contacted High Tech Appliance Service this evening and Atiar was here an hour later - with a replacement for the faulty part, since I had told him the error code showing up on my washer. He is professional, up-front and efficient, and I will gladly re-engage him if I need more appliance repairs. He provides the 30-day guarantee as well, as mentioned by other customers here, so I am really glad of my choice for repairing my washer.
