Perfect Painter was prompt and professional. Their team prepared/patched walls, "cut" the trim and quickly applied fresh paint to our tired/damaged walls/finishes. They did what they said they would do within the timeframes and pricing as quoted.

I recently purchased a home. It was a reno, so the walls had a bland beige with terrible coverage. I decided before I did anything else, paint is the most important thing to give the house a cozy feel. I called 3 companies to get quotes. Although Perfect Painter wasn't the cheapest, they were well below the highest quote and just above the lowest quote. What won me over is their professionalism as contractors. As a REALTOR, I have had to deal with many many over the years. The Team at Perfect Painter was very professional, courteous and prompt. Everything about the project was laid out in the beginning. The skill of the painters were great! Very thorough and detailed. I was home during most of the work and they did a wonderful job consulting me to make sure everything was as I wanted. From the prep work of caulking, plastering, sanding to the final touches, it was done with much care. My home is now beautifully painted and ready to be decorated! I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of paint work. They will surely be on my list of recommendations for any client of mine.

Perfect Painter sent Nicky to paint my apartment, replace my laminate flooring, replace my doors and do other miscellaneous handyman work. Nicky gets things done quickly without being too sloppy, which is good because I was being charged per day and a slower contractor might have taken a fair bit longer (which could have made things a lot more expensive). The laminate flooring installation is perfect, and Nicky even switched a couple of pieces after it was done without much fuss.

Perfect Painter painted our whole house, inside and out. They did an excellent job that stretched over six weeks as we waited for good weather to paint the exterior. They did what it took to make it right, often doing more than the two coats in the estimate, and redoing trim and ceilings for stains and imperfections. We are very satisfied. And Michael's quote was by far the most reasonable of the four we had.
