Bros (Milton and his crew with Fancisco) worked on a rental house I purchased which was really run down. They were very knowledgable in all areas of work (plumbing, electrical, framing, flooring, painting, etc), and really took a very large renovation right to completion. I would definitely look to hire them again.

We originally contracted Bros Building Services to paint the entire interior of our home. We were very happy with the job that they did. They showed up on time and were very professional and did quality work, so much so that when they mentioned they could help with other aspects of our reno we took them up on it. They have put in backsplashes, laid all our flooring (tile, laminate). They had plumbers come to deal with bathrooms and kitchen and an electrican to replace all of our lighting. No requests were too big or too small. They tried to accomodate us in everyway! What a pleasure it was to deal with this company, because as we all know there are contractors from hell out there and you have to be careful who you hire. I would definitely use this company again. As you can see, I had quite a big renovation project to have conquered. I started with the paint job. I went to my local Home Depot and they contracted Bros Building Services to do the job . I was told the job would take 4 days and they finished it in 2 days . They did a great job and were very professional. I then was told they did all household renovations. I then contracted them to do the porcelain tiling. I sure wasn't disappointed. The hardwood installation went the same way as did the kitchen counter backsplash. I would certainly recommend Bros Building Services for any home renovation project.

Right from the call to have the estimate done Bros Building was professional and helpful. We needed to have the painting done in a small window of time and they were helpful in fitting us in. we heard about this company through Home Depot. They were hired to do the painting inside and outside my home. They did a great job. They were done within four days. I was satisfied with the results. I would use them again. They were very easy to deal with. I would also recommend them.
