We had a good quality, 10-year-old BBQ that had never been properly serviced. It was showing its age. Moving into a new home, we decided to get this BBQ cleaned up, instead of buying a new one. The team at Well Done did a great job. Got rid of the rust, starter works like new, I'm loving grilling steaks again. Very happy.

Initial work was not quite up to standard but this was quickly corrected with minimal effort on my part. Jack Bruner really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Jack and his partner did a fantastic job cleaning my four year old gas grill. It had been quite neglected and they worked away for two hours scrubbing, washing and using power tools to get her back into tip top shape. After drying out she lit much quicker and burns much more evenly. Jack was extremely professional. I'd definitely recommend Well Done BBQ and will be calling again.

I purchased a BBQ cleaning for my brother-in-law as a birthday gift. He was surprised by how thorough the team was and most importantly, he is very happy the end result. I am hoping for lots of dinner invitations over the summer!

I had no idea this service even existed, but when I saw a review float by here on HomeStars I thought, Hey, that'll save me a few hours of messy blackness and probably end up with a cleaner BBQ. I was definitely right. They came early Sunday morning (on Mother's day) and went at the grill with their various tools. By the end the grill was sparkling and the top and sides were cleaner than I've seen them in ages. This is a service totally worth doing.
