Well Done Bb Qs

BBQ wasn't working properly so had these guys come out to investigate. They were open and honest about the problem and have given me multiple options on how I wanted to move forward. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for BBQ help.

I found "Well Done BBQ" on this site. The reviews were good so I took a chance. I'm happy to say the work was great. The two gentlemen that came to clean our BBQ were 1 hr late but called to let us know. No problem. Both were great guys and answered all my questions before they started. The guys spent about an hour cleaning (scrubbing, sanding and grinding) our Napoleon 450. With the exception of the stainless top, it was pretty close to new looking. I would have no problem at all recommending "Well Done BBQ" to everyone. Yes it seems a little pricey but it's hard, dirty work.

Making an account just to write this review! We tried to cook the other night and found a mouse in the BBQ. Not only was it filthy, but it wasn't even lighting. I heard about Well Done through a friend so figured I'd give them a shot. I wasn't home but left instructions. When I got home the BBQ was spotless, they phoned later to ensure the job was well done and said they even tested the burners to make sure it was operation perfectly and it was! Would use again 100%, best service in Toronto I've used and will recommend to any friends who need a clean BBQ

Great service, they missed a few sections but came back again to clean those sections without any insistance. My bbq is now as good as new, I would defintely recommend to friends. In fact I will now get my bbq cleaned by Well Done BBQ more often.

I highly recommend dealing with Well Done BBQs. The job was done when they said it would be. There were a few glitches and I was contacted by Jack, who promised to "make me happy". He was awesome - when he says this is his business, he means it and went above and beyond to please the client. Thank you to the team. My bbq is like new again!

The fellows who cleaned our barbecue arrived on time, were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. The barbecue was like new after they were finished. Also, the office did a great job tracking down some hard to find parts for our brand. Highly recommended.

A very responsive and responsible group of people. They were relentless is sourcing a part to repair my BBQ (in addition to the fine cleaning job) and are reasonably priced. I very much recommend them.

Showed up on time. Excellent service. Very clean, the staff was fantastic and very polite. Job well done. The price was very reasonable. I will recommend to all me friends.
