Ontario Asbestos Removal

Marcello came to my rescue last week in the middle of demos for a reno project to remove asbestos wrapped pipes in my basement and between my floor boards. He came the day after I called and completed the job in one day. This could have had the potential of setting back my reno by weeks! The work was fantastic. Clean, efficient and safe. My contractors were happy and impressed with his work! The cost was exceptionally reasonable. This was the second time Marcello has worked on our house. I would recommend him to anyone! Marcello and his team were absolutely fabulous. We had recently purchased a new home and a week before demo was to begin we found asbestos in the basement plaster. Marcello responded quickly, had an estimate to me within a day and he and his team had the house cleaned with a certificate of clearance within 3-4 days. It was amazing. We did not lose any time in our original construction timeline. Not only was he by far the most reasonable cost but it was so easy working with him. Did not charge us a cent until the entire job was done. Everything was so quick and easy! Thank you so much Marcello!

On a Friday in the middle of an electrical contract, asbestos was discovered and the electricians walked away taking the room full of the their tools and supplies with them.

I didn't know what to do or who to call - luckily, a neighbour gave me Marcello's name and number and to me amazement, he took over the entire mess and told me a) no sweat and not to worry and b) to get at least another quote.

Long story short, his quote was the best (by far) and all the work was
done by the following Tuesday and the electricians were back.

However the story does not end there. After the electricians finished, Marcello and crew came back and did a magnificent job of replacing the drywall, including taping, sanding AND PAINTING !!! He even went to Home Depot with a sample chip to get a small supply of matching paint
for the holes left by the electricians, holes totally outside the work he had done.

I was in the business of financing real estate and construction contracts for many years and Ontario Environmental ranks amongst the best I have ever dealt with - Marcello and his men are simply fantastic !!!

Like others, I invited Marcello to provide a quote based on the reviews here. After speaking with him and having him do a site-visit, moving forward with him (as his company) was the obvious choice. We found asbestos is a few areas of the basement, and were interested in removing additional areas as well due to mould. Through the entire process, Marcello was honest, extremely reasonable, flexible, and communicated VERY quickly. I believe his first words to me were, "Don't stress...we will take care of you". I had most definitely been stressing based on other quotes I had received as well as other company's scare-tactics. The scope of work changed a few times (by MY request), and he and the team were more than fair with additional requests. To say I am "pleased" with the work is an understatement. The team that was present in the house was one of the hardest-working groups I have ever seen. They took every safety precaution necessary, but it was very clear they were there to get things done! I WILL be calling Marcello in the future for any work he and his crew are willing to take on. I can't stress enough how happy my wife and I are with the final results.

I hired Marcello and company based on the reviews on this site, and I am so happy I did! His team took 5 rooms with asbestos in the plaster back to the studs and got it ready for the building contractors in 4 days, at a very fair price. We had construction scheduled to start and Marcello put extra people on the job to ensure it was on schedule. Clean, considerate, all good.
