I was displeased with the service. It was too much with little to actually provide an 'informed decision' on how to proceed further. I have had remediation companies look at this report and said there are no recommendations for them to work with.

The gentlemen came with scare tactics and under my scattered brain breathing mold for days, when along for the ride. Deeply disappointed. Beware.

I wanted to let you, and others, know how much I truly appreciated how Informed Decisions handled the home inspection, mold inspection and air quality testing that was conducted on the property we are selling. Your inspector, John, was very thorough and explained, in detail, what we would be expecting in terms of costs, timelines for results, and possible issues found during the inspection. The air quality testing that was conducted was completed professionally and the results report we received was incredibly in-depth and detailed. It gave us a very thorough description of any and all air contaminants that were present in the house, as well as a full description of their causes, symptoms and toxicity levels. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with an organization with such integrity as yours. Your knowledge and professionalism has greatly assisted me as an executrix of an estate sale. Thank you for all your help.

I had called Informed Decisions Property Inspection Services after removing a drywall in the bathroom and noticed some discoloring in the insulation that I thought was mold. I spoke to Yvonne on the phone and she was so helpful and explained everything to me very patiently. I made an appointment for someone to come out a couple days later. John came and was so informative and friendly! He answered all of my husband's many questions=) And explained everything that he was doing along the way. Our results came back less than a week later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to hire someone professional, honest, and friendly!

We'd been having a lot of health issues and decided to have our home inspected for mold. I called several companies but when I spoke with Naila Umpleby at Informed Decisions I immediately knew this was the company I would be able to trust. She gave me a fully detailed description and explanation of mold and case histories they'd encountered. I was impressed with her knowledge of this subject and their years of experience. John Umpleby came to our home and within a half hour he was able to detect the black mold in and around our house. Samples were taken and we were given up to the minute reports as soon as they were back from the lab. We were totally satisfied with Informed Decisions and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who thinks they may have mold problems

Having hired John Umpleby from Informed Decisions was the best decision my friend and his wife ever did. They really dodged a bullet when almost purchasing a house in Welland On.
