My security system alarm would start ringing for no apparent reason==repairman replaced battery...didn't solve the problem. Next repair person suggested we move the motion detector and solved problem. They did not charge me for previous false alarms when I was away. Personable and fair.

A great product, just make sure you are very clear with them before they install the alarm system and send the first bill. We were promised numerous promotions beforehand, then were charged for them on our first bill! It was a pain to get the charges removed. Overall, once everything was set up, it is a very good service though.

ADT came into our home and did a walk through then sat down with us and together we devised a plan of what we needed for our security system. They were professional and did what they said they would on time and we were very pleased.
