Simply put, there is no other contractor I woild consider to handle my bathrooms. Frank, you made the process remarkably easy, uncomplicated and always provided me with unbiased guidance. I interviewed several contractors to do the two bathrooms. I really needed someone whom I could trust to handle 'the works' It was evident to me that you are in a class of yur own. It is entirely refreshing in this day and age, to work with someone like you who is a unique blend of consummate professional and just great overall 'nice guy'. You have an impressive grasp of your field with many years experience in bathroom renovations. To top it all off, you are a truly lovely person to work with. I had wanted to have my upstairs bathroom in my home redone since I purchased my home in 2000, but with the house being over 100 years old there were more pressing items that needed to be addressed first. After nearly completing all of the other challenges that the house presented - and after almost 12 years of constant work I was too tired to do any more of the reno work myself, so I undertook to find a reputable bathroom reno company, I attended the the Home show in the spring, contacted a few of the companies - had free in home consults with 2 and provided dimensions and photos to a 3rd, While Bath Solutions was not at the cheapest end of pricing they were right in the middle, and I was made all the more assured that they would be the right choice when I saw the selection of materials, and given that my bathroom was not a standard size I would need to get a custom sized platform (which I already knew having checked out shower platforms at plumbing supply showrooms). When I was told that all work was done by the owner of the particular franchise & all work was fully guaranteed with as minimal interruption as possible & the job could be done in a day or 2 I signed on the dotted line ! I knew if I had done the job myself it would have cost me almost as much in renting a truck to get materials, sourcing what I needed and then finding the time to do the work, it would have probably been about 2 weeks of work if I tried to do it myself (and given some of the issues that Tony was presented with, after all the house is over 100 years old and there were definitely areas in the bathroom that proved that parts of that room hadn't seen the light of day in as many years! Bath Solutions completed my bathroom this weekend & I have to say I LOVE my newly redone Bathroom - the shower is AWESOME and TONY who is the Owner was meticulous in his attention to detail. The overall scope of work took a total of 17 hours and 2 men on the first day and Tony doing all of the final work on day 2. - I have provided pictures of the final job & some of the work in progress. I have a second bathroom down stairs which is the final big project and I will certainly be having Tony back to do that next spring.

Great company. Frank and Guy made sure everything went off without a hitch. We had some problems in the original construction of the ensuite and Frank had to do a lot of extra plumbing in order for every thing to work. The products used are top notch and look great.

I'd like to tell you how pleased i was with your service.Before sales,during installation,and after sales service was very professional and courteous. You Really took the time to make sure that all of our needs were met.In addition the work that youve done looks beautiful.All three bathrooms are gorgeous.We simply love it!

Horrific company. The work was shoddy, and Frank was outright dishonest. Worst home reno experience I have ever had. Simple example: to make room for a new vanity, they snapped the existing baseboards off BY HAND (!!!) and then left on the wall the remainder of the snapped off piece (snapped several inches away from the edge of the new vanity). That's how they operate. When I expressed astonishment that they would leave I job that way, I was told I hadn't paid to have the baseboards replaced (who would have imagined they'd snap them by hand - ever heard of measuring and cutting properly). Avoid this company at all costs!!

I saw this company at the Home Show and was impressed that they didn't seem to just be out to make a sale, but wanted their customers to be happy. Tony came to my home to discuss the tub liner and do measurements. He is friendly and professional, not pushy. He came back a few weeks later with a shell liner to check the fit before the final product was made from that mould. Tony and his assistant Larry did the installation work -- again, friendly, professional and punctual. Plus they didn't leave any mess. The tub liner installation took about 3.5 hours. It fits perfectly, looks great, and all the sealing around it is clean and perfect. The tub could be used 24 hours after installation, so it's nice the whole process is fairly quick. Also, the liner has a non-slip finish on the bottom. Thanks Tony and Larry -- I love the tub! I would definitely recommend this company, or use them again.

Bath Solutions - came in at a far less price than their competitions, and quality is just as good. I was happy , my tenant was happy, and comes with a lifetime warranty. Installation done in one day - existing shower was so bad they hey to replace studs in the wall even - were there will 8pm to get the job done. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I purchased a home which had a bathtub but no shower head on the main floor and an old shower stall kit installed in the basement. My intention is to rent out the basement so I needed a proper shower installed upstairs with tiles or a wall going further up towards the ceiling as the tiles which were already there were in good shape but not high enough. I did some research on the internet and found bath solutions, I looked at their pictures and made an appointment with Tony from the Etobicoke location. Their cost for all materials included the labour. There were no hidden fees. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the work. I absolutely love my new walls and shower installed in the bathroom. Tony, and Larry who assisted him with the main bath upstairs, completed the job done in 1 day. Tony came back the following day to replace the shower stall in the basement. From the moment I met Tony to the day he finished the work, he was always professional, friendly and courteous. Because of my budget I wasn't able to have the entire upstairs bathroom renovated but I am definitely going to call Tony when I'm ready to do so. Bath Solutions came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I wasn't disappointed. My bathroom needed an upgrade in the tub, toilet and vanity areas. My big thank you goes to Alex, the installer, who worked late to finish off the project in one day and left my bathroom very tidy.
