I had Mark do the electrical work in my Etobicoke condo renovation. It was quite involved since we took out the entire kitchen and one wall which exposed a lot of conduit . Mark really knows his stuff he was familiar with condo construction and the electrical work was no problem for him. He was very professional , always there when he said he would be there , gave me good advice on how I should do things , even had my job inspected to make sure everything was done by code. Mark is also very friendly and personable I recommend him to friends and associates for their electrical needs.

I have hired Mark to do a number of jobs over the past year or so and it has always been a great experience. He completed a job left only half done by a previous contractor as well as sorting our various issues in my old, rather quirky house. Communication before the installation was easy, he replied to emails and phone messages quickly. He arrived on time to start work on the day of installation. He did some clever things I wouldn't have thought of like prioritizing the fridge circuit and rooms I needed electricity for other work on the home that day. I own a business, and we had a problem with one of our food unit lights. I called more than one certified electrician in the area to get quotes. Everyone I called, I gave them an exact explanation of our problem, they all gave me the hr rate, but none told me how much time it would take them to do the job. Mark took the time over the phone to identify specifics of the problem, asked for part numbers to get replacements accordingly, and gave me an estimate. When he came he was very courteous, got all the parts he need for the job, did the job within the estimated time and was really professional. After reading HomeStar reviews we called Mark to diagnose why all our town home lights flicker when the washer and dryer are on. Having checked the main panel and a number of sockets he found that the meter had melted the contacts in the box and one side was black from the arcing.He gave an acceptable price for the repair, arranged for hydro disconnection and reconnection outside and provided an ESA certificate on completion. We have already given his name to a friend locally.
