I recently purchased an income property in Hamilton that was full of mice and ants. PPC arranged to come in as soon as I was able to meet them. Jim was kind and courteous to my tenants and very knowledgeable. He also helped me out with a mouse situation I was having at my own home at no extra charge. What more can you ask for? Just before the really cold weather hit, a couple of battallions of bats invaded both the attic and basement of our old Edwardian duplex in Hamilton. Dodging them while sorting laundry wasn't as much fun as it sounds. Being new to Hamilton, we only had Homestars to rely on but since it worked so well for us in Toronto, we looked to it again for this problem. That's how we found PPC Services and its owner, Jim Petty, and associate Chris. They came first thing the next day and we set up a mutually agreeable time to stage the attack. Within hours, we were bat-free up and down, plus wired internally so that no more bat refugees could make it into our shelter. The next day, they took on the house's exterior at our request ... wiring and caulking any space (and there were many) that might give entry and that might not have been visible from the inside. Chris and Jim found a few entrances that squirrels had been using as well and wired them up too. None of this was easy; the outside of our house is uncomfortably high. I would certainly recommend Jim and PPC Services highly. They were quick, expert, and very efficient. From batty to batless in 2 days, and with a great guarantee for a no-charge and immediate visit to remedy anything they might have missed ... what more could we want?!

Jim was prompt and cheerful. He responded quickly to my email, showed up when he said he'd be there, sprayed and removed the nest - then rang the doorbell - all with a smile! I will definitely refer his services.

Jim was great! I emailed a few companies and he got back to me within the hour. He checked our roof to find nothing. We knew there were three raccoons in the area so we decided to use traps. Because there are a large number of cats in our neighborhood he set them on the roof so no cats were accidentally trapped. After three days of catching nothing, we brought the traps down and placed them outside at night. We still had two days of nothing. Just as I was ready to give up, we caught them. Jim came and removed the family of three in a very gentle and kind manner. Thanks Jim!

Jim Petty came promptly to my home to remove the critters from my attic. He responded quickly to my distress call as the mother had fallen through my bedroom ceiling, leaving an approximate 2x2 foot gaping hole in the ceiling. Jim professionally, secured my home, and the hole in the roof to try to catch the culprit in a humane way. Despite various attempts the mother was elusive as was her family of 4. Regardless, Jim came back to my home several times and always in a professional, efficient manner and finally was able to install the one way door and the family moved on. He was very efficient, brought in additional staff when required, and was respectful of my property while removing the animals.
