After many months of research we decided on Floors Direct. We were doing all the flooring in the house so it was a big decision for us. I must have gone in and out of their store a dozen times looking and comparing different options. Jeannie and her team never made me feel like a nuisance. In fact the opposite is true. They always were so gracious to me taking a lot of time to answer all of my questions. The customer service from Jeannie, Ben, Sanketh and Brian is second to none. I can honestly say their customer service is what sold me. I had gone to nearly every flooring store in the GTA (no joke) but Floors Direct stood out among the rest. They are not the largest flooring store around but their selection is better than any that I have seen. There knowledge of each and every product is remarkable! Now to the installation. As Jeannie can attest I am NOT the easiest customer. I was very picky but considering the amount of money involved, I have a right to be. But you know, Jeannie and Ben never complained or made me feel like my questions were unfair. They addressed all of them with the utmost professionalism. The hardwood on the main floor looks spectacular. (Twelve Oaks Pagoda by the way) The installer did a wonderful job. One friend told me it is the most beautiful hardwood floor she has ever seen. Next came the bathroom floors. Duraceramic is a fantastic product. Looks and feels like stone my friends can hardly believe that it is a Vinyl floor. The install did a great job. Finally came the carpet about 1700sft of it. Thank you Jeannie for leading us to the Mowhawk Smart Strand carpet. I did my research (many hours) and it is by far the best carpet on the market. It looks and feels softer than any carpet I have ever seen, and the installers did an amazing job! Oh, I forgot to mention price. Trust me I compared prices. At many, many stores. Floors Direct prices are UNBEATABLE! Well, it is finally all done, Jeannie was a gem coaching us through the renovations. I just want to thank every one at the store. Ben, Sanketh, Brian, but most of all Jeannie. You guys set the benchmark in customer service, quality of product, knowledge and price! Thanks so much. We're very pleased with the flooring and carpet from Floors Direct. Ben and his crew are amazing!!!! Great price, service and very knowledgeble..... Placed the order for the bathroom flooring on Saturday and installed by Tuesday....Can't beat that! Will be using them again for our bedroom carpet in the future.

We just completed our basement renovation and wanted to put in a review for Floors Direct North in Newmarket. We were doing about 1300 sqf of flooring for our basement and had already been to about 4 other companies looking for the perfect laminate flooring for the right price. After finding out about the Floors Direct North store in Newmarket i decided to check them out, and wow are we pleased we did! You will not find a more patient and friendly group of people who genuinely want to help you find the right product for your project. They carry a vast range of products and know every facet of the products they represent. If they don't know something they call the manufacturer and get the correct answers for you. Ben the owner is fantastic, we are pretty picky when it comes to colours and textures and he allow us to take home sample after sample to view the samples in our home, all other stores were forcing us to buy a box in order to accomplish this. The time and advice he provided surly helped us to find the just right product for our project. Over the last 10 years I have purchased over 5000 sqf for hardwood or laminate flooring and this is by far the best company i have dealt with. If you are in the market for hardwood, laminate or carpet look no further than Floors Direct in Newmarket.

Combination of old carpet, tile, linoleum and hardwood needed to be replaced on main & 2nd floors in our house. Jeannie & her team were recommended by my sister for both quality of their work and prices. They did not disappoint! They gave us great advice when deciding on the various materials and scheduling the work. We ended up with the following: - Kitchen, powder room & laundry room: DuraCeramic tile - Family Room, living room, dining room, hallway & stairs: Engineered hardwood - Upstairs bedrooms & hallway: Carpet From the demolition to the installation, the quality of work was great. The customer support was fantastic throughout, as they were in constant contact with us to handle any questions or concerns immediately. Floors Direct North fitted carpets in several areas of our house. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and the two carpet fitters did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new carpets and would recommend this company based on our experience with them

This is THE flooring place to shop at, and trust me - I visited many! From the outstanding selection, the very competitive pricing, the high quality of their products and of course the TOP of the line customer service, you will not be disappointed in any way when you buy your flooring from floors direct. I went in completely overwhelmed, but Jeannie showed me beautiful samples (and by "showed" I mean ran around the store matching floors to the cupboard sample I brought in, checking them in different lights, listening to me go back and forth incessantly...) and let me take them home. (Please take good care of the samples they so readily lend out - they actually have to purchase these from the companies!). In no time, I knew exactly which floors were the ones for me!
