When I started looking to replace my broken eavestrough, researching different companies on Homestar- read Else review for Vitaliy's VCS Aluminum; I thought this reviewer is exaggerating. My experience with his work is Amazing. There should be a greater than 10 rating for extraordinary persons like Vitaliy. He is so dedicated to his job, contacted me promptly, arranged a convenient time to come by to give the estimate, unlike other phone/email estimators. He came to do the job on a very short notice- less than 12 hours, so accommodating. he really gave me hope to believe in contractors again. After working with Vitaliy I am speechless. he is prompt and very professional. He showed up right on time, walked me through every single detail, he gave me valuable options on other improvements I was considering. I recommend him to everyone out there; he is the BEST of best. Everyone considering eavestrough work should first get a quote from him before making a decision. You have to see this A+ Customer Service "Vitaliy". great job, very responsive. Quoted us a reasonable price. Made recommendations. Explained what he was going to do and why. Even fixed our soffits while he was up there (racoon damage). We are now a loyal customer and will definitely refer in the future.

If I could give a rating higher than 10 I would! Vitaly provides a really excellent service. I called several places to get a quote, and only Vitaly came out to meet me promptly, was helpful and conscientious, and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was done quickly and carefully by Vitaly and his crew. The crew was all lovely - they showed up as promised, worked efficiently, consulted with me about options, and cleaned up after themselves. They even kept apologizing for walking through my (row) house. There was a downpour a couple of days ago, and everything seems to work as it should. Highly recommended!

During a heavy rain storm I noticed that my eavestrough was coming away from the house. I found VCS Aluminum on Homestars and the reviews were right. Vitaliy is a gem. Prompt, courteous he fixed my problem quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. A 10 out of 10!

We highly recommend Vitaliy & have no complaints what so ever. We had significant water damage in our basement due to the state of the two sides & back external walls of our house. The house was also very cold. Additionally there were significant amounts of cables & boxes on the external walls that were not in use. Vitaliy cleared away all the unused cables & the final job was truly beautiful. Vitaliy gave us the lowest quote of the 5 we obtained and stuck to the price. We chose him, not because of the low quote, but because he was the only one who assured us that he woulkd be on the job himself & who communicated clearly with us. It was a difficult job because it was done in the winter. He showed up everyday when the weather was not absolutely prohibitive, no matter how cold. He was professional and absolutively delivered on what we had agreed on. His helpers were also very professional. Vitaliy was very mindful of our neighbours properties & did a great job all around. I called VCS aluminum and Vitaly booked us for later that day. He was prompt and is very professional. He fixed the siding which was loose from high winds at the high peaks of our home. I was pleased with the recent work of Vitaly and his team. We had a problem with snow melt running down the side of the house, and with some ingenuity, Vitaly replaced some gutters and downspouts to reroute the water and keep the driveway between our house and the neighbors from becoming an ice rink! He even came back to install electric lines in the gutters and downspouts (buy these at Home Depot) to ensure they do not ice up in the melting and freezing. Just moved into a resale home in Dec 2012. Recently one of the downspouts fell down and water ended up leaking in the basement . I checked out homestars and the reviews for VCS Aluminum caught my eye. The pricing seemed reasonable too. I called that evening and spoke to the owner of VCS Aluminum, Vitaly. I described the situation and Vitaly came out the next morning. He checked the downspout that was on the ground and showed me the cracking in the back. He also checked the other downspouts and 1 of the other ones .. also had cracks. He informed me that he utilizes the 3x3 downspouts compared to the cheaper 2x2 downspouts if I should decide to replace them. He offered me the choice of replacing the 2 or to replace all. I liked the fact that he was very forthcoming in his knowledge. He also utilizes customized straps to ensure that the downspouts would stay in place far better than the existing style of placement. I liked the fact that he was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and very willing to explain things clearly. He also checked the eavestrough at my suggestion and he felt that it did not need to be replaced. I felt the price he quoted was extremely reasonable. He even offered to put up the old downspout in the interim until the new ones were ready. We sealed the deal with a handshake(old school style). He came back a couple of days later and installed the new downspouts in a very efficient manner. This gentleman is the "real deal". I feel he represents his company extremely well. I felt he was sincere, very professional and hardworking. My sincere thanks to Vitaly and VCS Aluminum.

Vitaliy is probably the most efficient worker we have ever met. He was able to meet us the same day that we called him and started working on the day that was the most convenient for us. He did his job quickly and very well. He even went as far as recommending other workers for the rest of the projects that we had in the house and they turned out really well too.
