Quality of work by Jordan was excellent. However, towards the end, there were some minor, but very important things to be taken care of, that even after three months of my repeated attempts to contact them, were completely ignored. The stone and stucco work was subcontracted to another company, and they were the ones who messed up in the finishing stage. However, since my contractor was permalock, it should have been jordan's responsibility to ensure that the other guy completes the job. I tried repeatedly for upto three months, and eventually gave up.

Our backyard patio and landscaping were completed this summer. Of all the companies that we considered, Jordan’s design was by far superior to meeting our needs and creating a truly magnificent oasis of a backyard. Jordan and his team were trustworthy, reliable, friendly and on time every day. They completed the job on schedule and to the specifications of the design. The team really cared about their work and paid great attention to detail. In the end, we are extremely happy with our backyard patio and landscaping and would highly recommend Permalock if you are looking for high quality workmanship and a professional design.

Permalock is who to call if you are looking for a creative and well thought out project. The guys are hard working, creative and pay attention to detail. They took our ordinary ideas and transformed them into extraordinary creations that we are so happy to call ours! The 3D renditions that they provide make visualizing the completed project much easier, and the renditions are very acurate to the completed version. They took in all our wants and ideas and happily incorpoarted them into the project. The company is very proud of the work they do and it shows in their efforts to make a beautiful end design and by going the extra mile. Their ready smiles and fun sense of humour make them a joy to interact with. We have and will continue to highly recommend them to our friends and family.

When i called the guys in i had a high level idea of what i wanted but they took that, expanded on it and provided us with a 3-d drawing. we went back and forth tweaking it until we were happy with it. Once they started to build, they helped us to co-ordinate the other trades and helped us to find a couple of them that we had no referrals for. They took on some extra work as it came up on the job and kept the area as clean as possible considering the type of work that they were doing. They worked hard and were honest and professional at all times. We have used these guys at my previous house as has my parents and their neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do work on their house. The saying you get what you pay for is perfectly suited here, we had neighbors do stuff similar for less money, those pillars have sunk or the walls are now leaning as they were done cheaply.
