I am very satisfied with this company, both for the advice and design they suggested and the workmanship they provided. The owner, Avi, listens to your plans and concerns, and his two workers, Sylvester and Eugene, are phenomenal. Sylvester suggested improvements on my design, and he and Eugene worked conscientiously to transform my back-yard into a beautiful terraced garden. They were courteous and consulted me every time they needed my approval to make a change, which was always for the better. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend it.

We were extremely pleased with the front walkway/porch that Delta installed, so we called them back the following year to do the driveway and the back patios. Avi’s team takes pride in their work; they were clean, neat, on time and removed the entire old product. We were amazed at Sylvester’s and Eugenie’s creativity, speed and efficiency. It was a pleasure to work with Avi and his team they certainly met our expectations. We were overdue for a new porch and driveway, it looks wonderful. We would be pleased to have them back for any future projects.

Delta did a fantastic job of removing an old concrete patio, disposing of the waste material, and then laying a new patio of interlocking stone. I was impressed by the efficiency of their work - they had the old patio removed and the new design in place in a very timely fashion. Avi praised his workers to me, and was right. They did a beautiful job, and left the work area clean and ready to use. Since, Avi has been in touch to check that there was no winter damage. They're right to take pride in their work.

When it came time to start our outside beautification project I didn't have far to look for a company. I had been carefully watching two other projects on our street both sporting Delta signs on the front lawn. I liked what I saw. I called Avi and arranged an on site. While my initial project was new sidewalk, steps, retaining walls down the side of the house to our deck, our discussion also turned to the front adding a stone boarder around the driveway and resurfacing the front sidewalk in a nice flagstone. I wasn't pressured to consider this but design and cost recommendations made it suddenly realistic. I also left the specifics of the design to their experience. All we did was pick stone colour. While a few delays crept into the project, Avi was upfront, no B.S. and managed my expectations. This was huge for me. The finish project is beautiful, the skill level of the work was high and I am happy to report passed the first Canadian winter of freeze/thaw unblemished. I like a trade that stays in touch after the cheque has been handed over. Will I use Delta again? In a heartbeat. For the record there are two new Delta signs on the street this spring. It was convenient to work through one guy for our home waterproofing, retaining wall, basement windows, backyard patio and side patio. Avi is trustworthy and capable of adding value on all the projects. We were very content with the quality of work for all the projects. Although the waterproofing got delayed, overall the work was done timely. You get the distinct impression that they care that there customer is happy with the work and they are willing to return to the job to meet expectations. Pricing was competitive.

We were in the final stages of a total back yard renovation. We had been at it all summer long. The last stage was the patio. We contacted Avi at Delta after a reco from a family member. Avi and his team were prompt in providing a quote, started on time, and completed the task with just a little extra time over the proposed due date. In reno work just "a little extra" is an accomplishment. The guys where pros! They lead us through some of the challenges we might experience with our plan, proposed new solutions, and executed them perfectly. It was my first experience after many where I didn't need any follow up work or fixing. NO CORNERS WERE CUT in doing our job. I highly recommend Delta for any patio work…but after I use them again!

We had a bit of a rocky start with Delta due to a couple of aggressive subcontractors, but Avi and Paul quickly fixed that situation by firing them and bringing in a couple of different guys to finish the job. Sylvester and Eugene came in and noticed that our waterproofing and interlock job was actually a foundation job. They took us through everything and showed us just how awful our foundation was (you could see the drywall... no waterproofing and no insulation!) They worked quickly in between other jobs (since they weren't originally slated to do our house) and got it done pretty quickly. Then we had to wait a bit so they could finish a job and finish our interlock. My husband and I are incredibly happy and impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and talent of this team.
