We had some concerns regarding an old house we were trying to buy, and as being our first home we needed an expert who was willing to make a thorough inspection and to educate us in every single detail. We hired Clearview too assist us with our one year Tarion warranty review. We found Tom to be very professional, courteous and helpful. He found things that were overlooked in our 30 day inspection preformed by another home inspector, we opted for the optional thermal scan which revealed some issues inside the attic and walls that the builder is now fixing. Would highly recommend Clearview and Tom if you are contemplating a through home inspection.

We originally waived the inspection when purchasing this home as the housing market is still pretty hot. Well done! Tom was able to fit me into his schedule last minute. He was very methodical in his approach to the inspection. He checked with me on several occasions to make sure the speed and content he was providing was clear and understood. He also provided me with some education about how some of the homes systems function, a real plus since this will be my first home.
