Home inspection: Semi-detached house; 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft
Excellent home inspection!!! We recently purchased a house with no-conditions and the seller's inspection was done in the winter, so it missed a bunch of key information about the status of the roof, attic, water drainage etc. We were so overwhelmed with a laundry list of potential projects when we first moved in, and Tom was fantastic at helping us to prioritize what to focus on and when! Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and helped us address concerns related to: asbestos, mold, waterproofing, the integrity of the foundation, ventilation, electrical etc. We would recommend the home inspection to anyone moving into a new home who is looking to get a more thorough evaluation than the seller may have provided. I wish we had booked this sooner!

Tom is the best
Home inspections are obviously very helpful, but the home inspection that Tom conducted wasn't the star of the show. Tom himself, made the process for us so seamless, fun, and educational. This was the first house my wife and I bought, so you could imagine the nervousness we had going into it--being homeowners for the first time. Tom's home inspection was thorough and educational. He answered all our questions, gave us home ownership tips, and followed up with us. We would highly recommend him!

Home inspection
Bought a house a few years ago. Dont know much about home maintenance and wanted to get a sense of what issues needed addressing and how to prioritize. Tom was very helpful in walking us through all the issues he spotted and providing a useful report for us to refer to.

very responsible and knowledgable inspector
I had a very pleasant experience with this company. The inspector did a thorught inspetion for the whole house from roof to basement outside and inside. A full report was sent to me on the night. When I had question for the house, the inpector gave me careful explaination and good advice. Very worthy for the home inspection before you decide to buy a house.

Home inspection
Clearview did a standard home inspection for us and we were pleased with their thorough inspection. Tom was very clear and took the time to explain areas that needed work. We highly recommend Clearview Home and Property Inspections.

Home inspection
Tom from Clearview was lovely. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The inspection was done very quickly and he gave us some great tips based on his experience. We would 100 percent use Clearview again.

Gave me confidence in the home we were purchasing

Home Inspection & Infrared Scan
We were looking for a home inspector that had received good reviews online, and settled on Clearview as our preferred option. To say that Tom was an equal mixture of professional, methodical and personable wouldn't fully being doing him justice. Every detail of the property was meticulously checkedfrom the foundation to the roof. His approach was clear and systematic, ensuring no issue was overlooked. He provided a detailed, easy-to-understand report with actionable recommendations, which made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. His expertise, coupled with his patient explanations, made the entire process a mixture of educational and reassuring.
