Steve is an honest guy. My mom had Roof One work on her place in Mississauga and recommended Steve. He fixed up the roof on my place for sale last year and has done work on our new place in Lorne Park this year. He won’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need but will ensure your issues are dealt with. His prices are fair too. We will continue to work with Steve and recommended him to friends and neighbours

I needed a repair of my roof (pretty old roof, a couple of shingles missing, a couple of other spots of concern on the roof). I called Roof One Ltd. in the morning and Steve arrived at my place the same day, exactly at the time he promised.

My wife and I live in the Clarkson /Lorne Park area in Mississauga. We had damage to our roof shingles and air vents due to squirrels, raccoons and wind. (we hired animal control to remove the rodents from our attic)

After some research, we went with RoofOne. Steve was upfront, professional and honest. He did super quality work by installing steel vents and did a seamless and professional job to repair our roof. He took his time and did a completely proper job.

He also told us our roof was still in good shape even after 12 years and there was no need to replace it for a quite awhile. I referred him a neighbour across the street and they were equality and completely satisfied with his professional and quality work. The guy came in to fix it but it is broken in few weeks. They are not responding to my phone calls. I have called the 5-6 times and left messages.

The siding around my roof needed replacement, and I called Roof One to ask them for an estimate. Steve gave me a good estimate so I decided to call him over. He came with a few other technicians and they got to work replacing the siding. Despite the windy weather, they finished in a few hours and they did a good job. The price was reasonable and close to the estimate which is another plus. They did a good job and it was worth the money. Good work!
