I contacted Mr. Sandless to have my living room floor refinished a couple of months ago. Ray, the owner, was very accomodating and personable to deal with. His technicians came two weeks ago and had the floor finished in just under five hours. After they left, I notice one very small drop of produst which left a mark, and an area where some scratches from the previous owner were still visible. I emailed Ray and mentioned it. He reposnded quickly and sent another technician this week to see what he could do. After discussing it with him, we agreed on a process to cover the marks without changing the texture or colour of the area from the rest of the floor. Nate, the technician, spent two hours making sure that the end result was exactly what I wanted. Now our once dull and marked floor looks like new. It has a shine that it never had and really looks rich and beautiful. I am very happy that I had Mr. Sandless redo our hardwood floor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have your floors redone without the mess and expense of sanding. It was money well spent. Not to mention everyone I dealt with was exceptional.
