I contacted Mr. Sandless to have my living room floor refinished a couple of months ago. Ray, the owner, was very accomodating and personable to deal with. His technicians came two weeks ago and had the floor finished in just under five hours. After they left, I notice one very small drop of produst which left a mark, and an area where some scratches from the previous owner were still visible. I emailed Ray and mentioned it. He reposnded quickly and sent another technician this week to see what he could do. After discussing it with him, we agreed on a process to cover the marks without changing the texture or colour of the area from the rest of the floor. Nate, the technician, spent two hours making sure that the end result was exactly what I wanted. Now our once dull and marked floor looks like new. It has a shine that it never had and really looks rich and beautiful. I am very happy that I had Mr. Sandless redo our hardwood floor. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have your floors redone without the mess and expense of sanding. It was money well spent. Not to mention everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Ray and his Crew brought back the luster to our wood flooring in our Fireside area. This work was started when our restaurant was actually open and there was no odour to worry about and hardly any sound to bother our customers. We are very happy and satisfied with the service and end results.

Was very impressed with Mr. Sandless. Ray and Sandy were very friendly and professional. Job was finished in a day (no mess and not as much noise as with sanding) and we could walk on it in socks after 1-2 hours, 24 hours after we could put back light furniture, 48 hours after, everything was back to normal! Everyone says my floors look great. Would highly recommend.
