As soon as we found out about the flood in our basementwhich was there for few hours at least, while I was panicking what to do????? My husband was already on line and contacted Five Star Flood emergency , Bob responded right away. He explained in details what needs to be done. His crew was there about half an hour. We got the greatest customer service, crew were very courteous, professional and did fantastic job, We decided to write this review for thanking them for their very good services and also let others know as well. Thank you so much FVE STAR CLEANING to save me money and time and make me happy to enjoy my new house. We just bought our house in August 2012, the carpets in our living room and dinning room were very dirty and wrinkled and needed agood stretching . We were debating to either install a new carpets or just do hardwood flooring but our budget was tight. A friend of mine has done his carpet stretching recently by Five Satr rug and carpet cleaning and he was very happy. So, When we got the estimate we were so happy and book them right away. We are so glad we did. Our carpets are like a new carpets, very clean and striaght . We could not believe our eyes after we saw the result. Five Star cleaning did a fantastic job in both stretching and cleaning my carpets in living room, dinnig room and family room areas. It was unbeleivable with the result afterwards. My couch which is a rather big suede beige sectional was very dirty as a result of a move and my pet. It had been stained in several places and had several big marks in different areas. my carpet which was also a light color needed cleaning as well. The staff at 5 Star rug and carpet cleaning were very punctual, professional and efficient. They cleaned both my run and my couch which i was very worried about because of the suede fabric very thoroughly and quickly. they made sure to be clean and not effect any other areas of my loving room and did a fantastic job! i am VERY satisfied with the business and would definitely recommend and use them again!!

What a great customer services and professional people to deal with in an EMERGENCY where you need the best support and piece of mind!Honestly, excellent job done! There was a fire at outside of our store's back door overnight for unknown reason?? I was called in early morning hours to go to my store. After fire was out we had to clean up the smokes and flood caused by fire department for putting out the fire. In the morning we called Five Star Flood Emergency to come in for taking care off the flood, fire and smoke damages which at this point were involved inside the back of store, hallway and basement where our store had to be closed. They did an amzing job in managing the cleaning, drying,dis infecting and fixing the areas in 4 days our store was back to normal business. All the smell of smoke was gone and the damages fixed.
