Bob and his team came in to complete cleaning of our 2-storey restaurant. They completed all chairs, couches, rugs, and bench seats. They planned there cleaning around the restaurants hours and worked well into the night to complete the work. It looked spectacular! All of the upholstery was dry by open the next morning. We would NEVER use another company and Five Star will be completing our cleaning every 2 months. They come hirely recommended from us and we had a fantastic experience.

We have few delicated and silk rugs that has not been cleaned since we bought them. So we were hesitant to just give them to any company to be cleaned and small areas needed repair and stain removal. Through Homestars site we decided to give them to Five Star Rug and Carpet Cleaning based on their well respected reviews and reputations. . Thank you for your very outstanding services. Since Five Star Cleaning is well respected in Home stars based on their great reviews and reputation in stretching and cleaning, we decided to go with them. we are glad we did, indeed they met our expectations. We need both stretching and deep steam carpet cleaning in our living room, dining room, office and the TV room. They moved the furniture's around with being so considerate and careful in regards to our furniture's and walls not to damage. They did amazing job which saved our carpets. They became much brighter and cleaner and very straight. We thank Bob and his great Technicians for doing such an outstanding job. we also thank them for squeezing us in for the weekend appt. since this was the only time we could do it without taking time off from work. We strongly recommend them to others. Michelle, very happy Five Star customer from Mississauga, We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bob and his amazingly professional staff for nicely taking care of our flood in basement. From last weekend's thunder storms, we got flood in our basement due to malfunction of our Sub pump. We tried to dry it ourselves. We couldn't dry it totally, after few days, the smell from basement's carpets were so strong and awful which I could not stand. It was late night, I got Five Star Carpet Cleaning in Home stars and e-mail them to do the carpet cleaning and odor removal. They responded quickly and made an appt. for next day. Next day, they came in and explained that the smell is due to wet under path and need to be changes, They checked for moisture behind baseboards and wall , they were all wet. In order to prevent mold collections we decided to manage the flood first then clean the carpets. Bob patiently went over our different options and the procedure involved both in short term and long term. We decided to get rid of moisture and prevent mold formation by doing the job right. They quickly started the job and took control over the situation. They changed the under paths, dried the area, took baseboards out and disinfect and set up the equipment for 3 days. Then everything was dry and they fixed the baseboards and install brand new under path and clean and disinfect the carpets again. The smell is gone, the basement looks great better than before flood. They also tried to accommodate us within our budget but do a great through job. We really appreciate their great services. We strongly recommend them to others. Honestly, they were very nice and respectful crews to us and our belongings in basement in preventing any further damage to work with for few days.

We have very old carpet tiles in our office and seminar room which has seen alot of traffic in all types of weather. The steam carpet cleaning service that we got from 5 Star rug and carpet cleaning was stellar! The carpet in both high traffic and low traffic areas looks amazing and some terribly stained areas look much better now too! We were so impressed by the results we even had a dozen uphostered chairs cleaned as well, then decided to add the main foyer carpet. I called Bob yesterday for an estimate and he showed up next day to present and estimate and get the work done. He explained the various levels of service and the pricing. My main concern were two large stains in the basement hallway which have been stubborn and had been there for awhile. Bob said he can't guarantee he can remove the stain, but will try his best. I took the leap of faith to get him to do the work. Bob talks to you and explains things as he works. He was very thorough in identifying spots, etc. and removing them. It showed that he really cared to get the carpet as clean as possible. My carpets have not been steam cleaned for about 3 years, so when he was done the upstairs, it looked very clean and refreshed. Then he moved onto to basement to tackle the stains on the carpets. With a few strokes back and forth with his steam cleaner the stains disappeared. Bob looked back at me with a smile having shown off his mastery in tackling tough stains. At the end of the day, even though the $400 seemed slightly higher than what you may pay others, I was very pleased with the results. Bob tries really hard to get the best results possible. Bob, keep up the great work!
