We had water leaking in our basement for the last few months. We arranged 3 quotations; FBR was the best quotation- but more importantly it was the company we trusted the most. Oleg from FBR was truthful and very knowledgeable.Oleg was very professional- he always answered his phone directly and answered all questions that we had. The work was done in 2 days and the quoted price was honoured. It was a very neat job which was very importatnt to us because repairs had to be done close to the property line.The work crew as polite, knowledgeable and very hardworking. Overall it was a very,very good experience.

I selected FBR Waterproofing out of 8 companies that provided estimates. They started in less than a week and resourced more workers when needed to ensure the timely delivery of the project due to the weather constrains. When called the company for an estimate, Oleg came the next day and assessed the work to be done and recommended, aside from the waterproofing, window wells to be installed for a proper water drainage. He provided a written quote including the scope of work, materials, and necessary steps for project completion and time estimate. His quote was the best based on the same solution (I received quotes from other companies for interior waterproofing) and they could start in less than a week as I was concerned about the weather and temperature. I am a picky person and I wanted to cover all the bases so I came up with my own contract, scope of work, constrains, deliverable, materials to be used ( I insisted for Aqua Bloc instead their solution) and acceptance criteria and Oleg agreed without any hesitation. They provided a 25 year warranty (with a transferable certificate) for the work performed. The works was done professionally, paying attention to details and ensuring that I reviewed and sign-off for every major milestone of the project. When I wasn't on site they called me and asked for permissions to move further or to wait for me to inspect the work. They completed the work on time and on budget without disturbing my property or neighbors. At the end they cleaned up nicely and power-washed the drive and before they left they asked if I'm pleased with the clean-up or if I would like them to come next day as well for more power-washing. Aside from the warranty they included a free inspection and repair work if necessary next spring after the dirt is settled. Overall, I could say that they delivered A+ service for an excellent budget and timeframe. I would gladly recommend FBR Waterproofing to anybody who needs waterproofing services. May 2012 - Follow up on the Waterproofing Project I selected FBR to perform a waterproofing project on my house last year and I was more than please with the work they provided. Unfortunately in April 2012 I've got another small leak in a different location of the basement. I called Oleg and he came over right away to inspect the leak. He hired a company specialized in water mitigation to ensure all the actions were taken and there was no mold development or other destructions from the water. They removed my laminate flooring, under pad and the damaged drywall. They brought performance dehumidifiers and air filters and took the water mitigation very seriously. After the leak was fixed and the source identified Oleg took all the actions necessary to ensure a proper fix and hired specialized company to install new flooring and fix the drywall all at his expense. I understand that sometimes problems can occur but I was impressed of how quick they fixed the issue and repaired/replaced all the damaged materials inside and outside the house with no cost at all for me. I plan to re-hire FBR for another project in the fall as I know that they would do an excellent job but if there'll be issues they will honour the warranty they provide and keep their clients happy.

I would really like to recommend FBR waterproofing company. Oleg and his team were wary professional, and took good care of the project. They have finished everything in one day which i was really grate. The price that i payed was allot more fair than the other company, and i was really satisfied with it.

Oleg and his team recently completed a major portion of a major renovation for me. They added 2' of ceiling height for me in the basement and waterproofed my entire house working quickly and respecting my neighbors. They also installed my basement drains and rough-ins along with poured my concrete floor in the basement. Oleg is very professional and more importantly, fast and clean.
