We hired Dom to take our unfinished basement and create additional living and storage space. We met with Dom and discussed all of our needs in detail. We obtained our building permit and I was there for most of the inspections;framing ,drain, electrical, and final). Never a problem with building code. The finished basement is great. We are very pleased with the design and function of our project, and after several months, all is holding up very well to the wear and tear of everyday use. Our only concern about the project was some of the time delays from start to completion, and while 98% of the work was completed on time, a few issues did take an additional few months to resolve. In the end, Dom and his crew came through as promised, and on budget. We are pleased to offer our recommendation.

We have a very large basement and were very picky with the selection and work quality. From concept to completion, Basement Kings delivered as expected. Work was finished in a timely manner and the basement looks just like we agreed upon. Basement Kings is recommended. I found that e-mail is a great way to communicate when I couldn't get a hold of Domenic.

Dom designed an amazing basement in my Brooklin home. From the stone fireplace to the cork flooring to the home office , everything was great. Trim and finish were outstanding. We get so many compliments on our basement and use it to entertain often. I am so happy we went pro on this instead of doing it ourselves. Service after the job has been great too. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your basement reno needs !

I can't believe that the useless space that was once my storage area has now become the most used space in our house. With everything I could have ever imagined, the space was transformed into a home theatre area with an entertaining bar, a billiard room and a great place to have our friends and family.
