Alan was great from beginning to end. We hired him to take care of our rental property and our own home and all the work was done on time, on budget and exactly as we wanted. Alan was also able to complete some repairs to our trim and let us know of some areas that we wouldn't normally see that may need some repair/attention in the future. Honest, upfront and reliable. Nothing but good things to say about the work completed on both properties!

I’m sure “Perfection” is St Andrews motto. Honesty In pricing and the timeframe for the job is superior. Completes work as planned. I would recommend St. Andrew’s Painting having used this service several times over several years.

3.000 plus sq ft of condo was painted by Alan and his crew of craftsmen . They took care of all our worries and were very receptive to our input , not being satisfied with their job until we were . I wound not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family and will definitely be using them in the future .

Myself and my wife moved into a new house that needed quite a bit of work. Subsequently it meant dealing with around five different contractors at the same time. Of the five contractors, Alan was the only one that met all three of the following service necessities: 1. Service was concluded on time. 2. Service was on budget. 3. Service exceeded expectations. Whilst most of our contractors met two of the three above, Alan met all three. It is also important to add that it was obvious ‘we were Alan’s client’. It’s difficult to coordinate changes in renovations, and some contractors may see it as doing you a favour when working around other contractor’s needs. Alan rearranged scheduling when necessary without hesitation. We’ve recommended his service to others and will continue to.

Alan at St. Andrew's Painting was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He came to see us the next day to have a look at the extent of the work to be done, and provided us with an estimate on the spot. He was able to start work when it was convenient to us, and finished very quickly, but with fabulous results! We were most pleased. He even re-did one room which he was not perfectly satisfied with himself. A true professional. We have recommended him to friends and family, and will use Alan for every painting job we have in the future.

No one better -- Alan will exceed your expectations. We were fortunate to have Alan in our home after we lost our basement in the July floods in Toronto. He is an absolute professional with extremely high standards for his work and service. During our rebuild which included concrete floors, unfinished walls, plaster walls, drywall, ceiling, trim, doors and built-in cabinets; Alan provided excellent guidance and recommendations on required prep, finishes and colour selection. Always accommodating, extremely polite, timely and meticulous, Alan is a pleasure to work with and fun to have around. We will use him for all our future needs and confidently recommend him to anyone who needs the services of a professional painter.

Awkward access and quirkiness of an old house made this job challenging, but Alan and his team were creative in their solutions. Very respectful, conscientious with flower beds, cleaned up every day, excellent quality and detail. Would highly recommend .

Time was spent discussing what needed to be done;alternatives were offered; washing of walls and ceiling was part of prep; appropriate primer was used that helped with reduction of odour. Very professional work
