Time was spent discussing what needed to be done;alternatives were offered; washing of walls and ceiling was part of prep; appropriate primer was used that helped with reduction of odour. Very professional work

I hired Allan after 2 other attempts to fix my living room/dining room ceiling had failed. Allan spent several hours over several days trying to figure out what would work (he had a mess to clean up after the other 2)and, after consulting with others in his business, described in detail what he was going to do and what possible problems could arise and then provided me with a quote. This approach was very professional and built the trust I needed to go ahead with "round 3". Although there were bumps along the way, he was very persistent and ended up fixing my ceiling!
