What a great experience and thankfully the came to check out the roof after the hail storm that hit Ottawa. Gave us all the information we needed and helped us understand the procedure.

We were impressed with the entire process of dealing with Worry Free for our new roof. The sales person was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the products and each item on the estimate. We were not harassed during the time it took to make a decision and get other estimates. Worry Free actually came in the middle of the three estimates we got. We loved that they provided us with a list of addresses for each colour of shingles so we could really see what they looked like... and that the list was broken down into east, west, north, south, so we didn't have to travel all over the city. After we signed the agreement, the roofing team arrived within two weeks and completed the job in two days. The company was quick to address any concerns or questions throughout the process and didn't collect payment until we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

Was sold a new roof that I didn't need. The salesman did not go on the roof to even inspect or try to find the source of my leak before he assured me that he knew exactly where the leak was coming from. The leak has turned out to be coming from a piece of siding that has pulled away from my chimney. Pretty obvious when I actually got someone to look at it. It wasn't visible from the ground and I could not go on my roof to find it myself. It took them four days to complete the installation, when they told me it would take one. On top of that, when the installers first showed up to install my roof they asked me if I had a ladder they could use! A roofing company showing up to work without a ladder! You don't want to hire them!

We hired this company on the recommendation of our next door neighbour, after getting a total of six quotes. We selected them because their price was very competitive (it was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive by far...) and their quote was all-inclusive. The estimator took the time to explain the different components of a roofing system, and did not try to "upsell" us on things that other companies called extras but that I knew were part and parcel of a job done right. Most of the other estimates were left on our doorstep without any explanation. On the day of the installation, a crew of 6 arrived at 7AM and had the roof stripped by 10:30. They were polite, hard-working, and the clean-up was excellent. The entire project, including clean-up, was finished by 5PM. The new roof looks amazing, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The shingle on the roof of my 25 year old house were in miserable shape to the point that my insurance company would not renew my policy if I didn't replace the shingles. I got a number of quotes from roofing companies and I decided on Worry Free Roofing. My decision was based on competitive price for architectural shingles, knowledge of the salesman and accesibility of the company. Though the wait time to install was normally 4 to 6 weeks the salesman was very accomodating and the roof was done a week later. The installation was very professional and the roof looks great. The installation did a perfect job of cleanup after the job and there have been no issues with the roof so far. I highly recommend this company.

The service and workmanship was top notch. A team of 5 men showed up at our house (2500sq ft) at 7:00am and removed the old shingles and had the roof completely re-shingled by 7:00pm the same day. By 7:30 they had cleaned up and took all the old shingles away. I would highly recommend this company.

In June we had our roof re-shingled by Worry Free. The quality of the product and value for money were great. The installers were awesome, very friendly, clean and efficient. Overall the roof looks great and we are confident that it will last for many many years to come. The one issue I have with Worry Free is the poor communication on their part. They did not show up when they said they would, causing my husband to loose a holiday from work. The owner had told my husband that he would make up the lost holiday to him in the cost of the roof, but never stood by what he said. A big warning to anyone using Worry Free...make sure you tell them if you want to pay in cash before they purchase your shingles!

Last year I had to get my roof re-done. I called three different roofing contractors that had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau ( www.org/ottawa/business-reviews/roofing-contractors/worry-free-roofing-in-navan-on-29434 ) Out of the three roofing contractors that came, only one of them bothered to meet with me and discussed my many options. (Worry Free Roofing) Two others left their estimates on the deck by my front door. Only two of these contractors actually went up on the roof, as one of these contractors had checked off "none" beside the box for replacing my skylight. To top it all off, my neighbor seen him look at the other guy's estimate that was by my front door and his price was scratched and instead of his original price of $5,400. it had now been changed to $4,900. as his competator's quote was $5,000. Worry Free Roofing sent me a friendly rep by the name of Matt Lee that was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Never thought there was so much involved in a good, functional roofing system. I had options to choose from and the estimate was handed to me in my hands with a genuine hand shake. The presentation from Matt Lee was great, the calls back for questions were returned promptly, the work was schedualed by the owner (Joel Goyette) and was delivered in a timely manner. The installers were great. They were clean and professional. They took the time to protect my rose bushes that my wife really appreciated. The job was done in a day, it was done right, they cleaned up good, comunication was excellent. I would and will recommend Worry Free Roofing any time roofing is being discussed.
