Selected Gem Cabinets for our new custom home. My husband and I were very organized - had our cabinets ordered well before framing stage. Starting with the first install, it was a disaster. Original installer saw issues with the cabinet design but instead of being proactive to fix the problem, left if for someone else. Long story short, they came back more than 8 times and 5 months before most of the issues were fixed. There are still a few small issues but we've given up. Form speaking to a staff member, 8 times is minor in comparison to the average. Would not recommend them!

Gem Cabinets came to our home due to a new home warranty issue with one our kitchen cabinet doors. There was some damage to one of the doors. They came out, looked at the door and said that they would replace it right away, no questions asked!

I was very happy with Gem Cabinets. They have a large showroom with a variety of samples of cabinet and countertop styles and quality. Their price was the best among the five quotes we got and they delivered our cabinets exactly on the day they said they would. Most importantly, other companies said WE would have to supply the measurements for our cabinets, but Gem Cabinets came out and measured our space. This made me feel much more secure that the cabinets would fit properly - and they did.

I contacted Gem Cabinets as a walk in customer, they put me in touch with one of their designers, Michelle and together we looked at all the options to renovate my 1980's kitchen. Michelle is excellent, gave me exacatly what I was looking for, the cabinets came in very quickly and Gem held them until I ws ready for the installation. They also installed them very quickly and they look absolutely fantastic. I had 1 visit by a service technician and I ordered a few extra pieces that Gem delivered to my at no charge. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend using Michelle and Gem Cabinets.

Our builder had chosen Gem Cabinets for our house. We paid $625 to add crown molding to kitchen cabinets and upgrade kitchen counter tops to beveled edge, the rest was paid through the builder. Overall, the installation had been near satisfactory but they had to come out a few times for touch-ups and the service requests were handled very well every time. Most of their service techs were quite nice to work with as well. I would recommend them.
