Dino came out for a service call when my hot water tank broke. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he found the problem right away and fixed it within the hour... thanks Dino

Had a clogged sink in the kitchen. Gave Mr. Swirl a call and they were able to get someone out right-away. Service on the phone and with the Tech were both great and professional and most of all he was on time.

Imagine being in your newly bought home for one day and, suddenly, the ceiling in the family room has a watermarked face on it! Well, that was our experience. I called Mr. Swirl, and a crew came out immediately. The head plumber was sensitive to causing as little damage as possible & asked us if there was a warranty on the work that the other plumber had done (the previous owners had extensive renos before the sale) to cover the work as the ceiling had to be cut to get to the pipes. There was no warranty as the previous owners had a private contractor do the work: a plastic pipe was pushed into the metal pipe, causing the crack & leak. Mr. Swirls’ plumbers fixed the problem quickly & inexpensively! I would definitely recommend them to others!

Our hot water heater was leaking water and had to be replaced. The Mr. Swirl plumber went and picked up a new heater and installed it in the matter of a few short hours. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He also removed the old one and took it with him.

They were very friendly over the phone, the service people and prompt, but did i PAY for it. The first time was a saturday afternoon, and the second time was during the daytime, weekday. When I asked what the hourly rate was I got the answer, based on the job only. The first job ended up being $434. for less than an hour (unplugging my kitchen sink) and an additional $188. a few days later since it was an unrelated problem. The second problem was not going to be warrantied unless I paid $400. robbery!!! I think I had better learn some more plumbing and be a bit bolder next time.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink that in the past I would just run a snake through myself or as I have also done before, call Mr Swirl or similar company. We used Mr Swirl for the same job a couple of years ago and they were quick and had reasonable rates which is why I called them again. This time we called to make an appt but I didnt ask for a quote (my bad). Chris came when promised, fixed the clog in 50 min and also fixed a minor leak. Good guy. did a good job but when I got home and my wife presented the bill to me I was stunned. $445 to run a snake through. I advise everyone to call around and get quotes prior to making the appointment. I would think $150-$200 would have been more reasonable for a simple job.

Both sides of my kitchen sink were clogged , I phoned mr. Swirl and they came first thing in the morning fixed it quite quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The Plummer was very nice he let me know what I could do to avoid this problem again by simply filling up my sink with hot water and draining it often to avoid clogs. I've used this company before and would use them again!

Good service, took long to diagnose the problem. But was eventually fixed. The hot water pressure was low and we were unable to get hot water in our showers or taps.
