I have a rental property in Maple Ridge,My tenant needed a Garbartor removed and the drain pipes and dishwasher drain re configured into the main drain.Tennant called Mr Swirl Plumbing to do the job.They quoted $900.00 to do what I thought was very high for a simple plumbing job.Paid Mr Swirl $95.00 for a service charge.I called another plumber and had the job completed for $250.00.If your looking for a plumbing company shop around and save yourself some money.If you don,t mind paying a premium fee then Mr Swirl is the one for you.

Great job done by your team in order to fix my bathroom toilet by fixing the flush

We had an unexpected leak from our kitchen faucet. Mr Swirl came and told us it would cost us just under $1000 to fix and replace our faucet. We ended up going through another company and it came to under $500. Additionally when we turned the water off at the kitchen sink water started pouring out of our shower on a different level. Mr Swirl thought it was a coincidence and wanted to charge us to fix that too however we chose not to and it was a good thing we didnt as it was a related issue in the end.

Look out of my front window on the morning of July 1st to discover I have a giant Canada Day water feature outside my front door. Panic sets in as we have people coming for afternoon and evening festivities. The quick reaction is to call Mr Swirl. They have saved the day for me before. Saturday of a long weekend and within 90 minutes I have a technician here and as I had already dug the hole to expose the leak it was 30 minutes and we were back up and running. Thank you to the team at Mr Swirl.

The plumber guy that came to our house was nice and polite, but I didn't feel that he did a professional job in replacing the tub spout and handle, especially for the price I paid $2200 approx. Thats a lot of money out of my pocket. I don't understand why he couldnt find a similar style to replace the handle to match the one that was broken. But rather find something that was a totally different style and shape. Then had to do more work by cutting more space on the bathroom tile. That was unnecessary extra work. The tub sprout doesn't even fit the edge of the tile leaving a gap when it should fit tight to the edge of the tile. Is that a professional job? Then the plumber guy put more caulking to fill in the extra gap. He only did caulking on just the top portion. What about the bottom portion? He should have put caulking all-round the end of the tub sprout to prevent water from filling inside. If the company is reading this review. I really would like a second professional plumber to come back and assess the work again and fix the flaws that were missed. I plan on making a call soon. Sorry for the negative review but Im not satisfied with the large amount I paid to replace my tub spout and handle. To me, the work was not professionally done properly.

I had a cartridge in my tub facet wear out ( old taps) and as Im selling I didnt want to replace the tap so Happy first fixed a leaking shower head and then headed out to plumbing suppliers to find a cartridge. He found one! He returned and quickly installed it so my bathroom is ready to be sold! Happy is very pleasant to deal with and takes the time to explain what hes doing. Great customer service!

Have used Mr. Swirl many times for several projects in our condo. Very organized, professional and knowledgeable. Also very current on technology. All technicians carry an iPad with an app to take photos and calculate estimates in real time on site. Each and every technician that has come to our home has been great to work with. Will continue to be a customer in future projects around the house.

Paid $500 for toilet bowl mechanism after being quoted $1100 for toilet replacement. Not good value

I paid over $400 for them to send a plumber who is not fully licensed to snake two pipes which did not fix the issue. What a waste of money. Skip these amateurs and call the professionals first.

I called in the morning and was surprised to get an appointment that same day! Plumber arrived in time, investigated the issue and provided a few options to resolve it. Plumber was fast and also checked the work several times to ensure the leak was fixed.
