did a pretty good job (stripping, repainting), but finding that the paint is peeling off after less than a year in parts. Raised deck - they did top and under, but lots of smaller, hard to reach spots were either missed or not fully covered. Good point - they were very good about keeping gates closed due to dogs and keeping materials away from the dogs. Bad point - there was a fair bit of pressure to include a hefty tip for each worker on top of cost. For the cost, we would not use them again for this kind of project.

Truly exceptional service. Were tidy in their work had a great end result and kept costs low. My house had needed some new paint for a few years and they truly brought it back to life.

My garage needed painting and I thought I would give College Pro a try since I didn't have time to do it myself. Should have just done it myself. The work was sloppy, the workers were rude as was the manager when I called to complain about the quality of work. They were well priced, BUT not worth it since I ended up having to repaint my garage myself.

Estimate was delivered in good time but, had to wait 4 weeks for job to commence. This was OK as we were not in a big hurry and gave us time to get the rooms/walls ready. Was quite happy with their work and the job turned out good in the end. Had to get them back once to touch up one of the rooms walls and it was done satisfactory.

Nightmare!!!! Stay away from them. I first contacted College Pro Painters to get an estimate on how much it would cost to paint my house. Originally, everything was OK. I was told the cost would be the same if I provided the paint or not, so I took my paint back to the store. Then, e-mails weren't answered for days, and when an appointment was booked, he didn't show. He didn't even call to say he wasn't coming. My day was wasted in waiting. He eventually called all apologetic, and said he had gone away for the weekend with his family. After this experience, I decided to have him paint the storage room only and see how that was handled before I hired him to paint the rest of the house. He then told me that he would have to charge me to resubmit the quote and since I wasn't providing the paint, it would cost more. That was it, I had had enough. I hired a guy from Kijiji and he did a great job of painting the whole house for about what College Pro Painters originally quoted me. Also, I had contacted College Pro for a window cleaning quote and the girl was really snippy. I will never again deal with College Pro Painters and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Andrea followed up on a request that made at a trade-show. She came out, took mesurements and provided an estimate. She gave us an approximate date, based on the commitments she already had, and then notified us of an earlier opening due to weather, which we were able to take advantage of. Completed early and to estimate.
